This place was not even opened when we pulled up to address. Gate around it and parking lot empty and no one even answered the line for the number connected to property! We had to book another room for a place to stay! Very disappointed.

First room was reeking of urine smell, so had to switch rooms. the next one was also smelling bad. There was human feces on the corridor for the first floor outside of the room, which resulted in me leaving the property and shortening my stay by 2 days.

The front desk person when I checked in was great, everyone else was aloof, bordering on rude. There wasn’t breakfast or vending machines - only a very expensive restaurant/bar. There wasn’t a place to get clean water and the front desk would not / could not give it out. The room was FILTHY. The “clean” towels touched the toilet. The phone did not work at all, the tv remote did not work, and there was NO internet - even at the front desk I was unable to connect to their internet. I used HotSpot. It was noisy and people kept smoking outside the rooms. Front desk said they’d send someone to stop the smoking, but, by the time they got there, the person had finished their cigarette and gone inside. Really poor service. Really poor value for money.

Nice for the price, but we called for additional towels (3 night stay), they never came. Even went to the front desk.

The restaurant on site was nice and had good options for the price.

We walked into our room and walked back out to go to another hotel. Did not feel clean, did not smell clean, did not feel safe and did not feel like it would be a place where I can let my young kids roam free. The lock on outside door didn’t work and the door to the bathroom didn’t close either. Would not recommend. Photos online make it seem like it’s a nice place - it’s not.
