壁の薄ささえ気にならなければ、とても快適です
Pros:

山形駅からは少し歩きますが、山交バスターミナルのすぐ裏でロケーションが良いです。山交バスターミナルと併設の山交ビルには100円ショップもスーパーもありました。部屋も清潔でした。朝食は山形の地元料理があり、おいしかったです。スタッフの方の感じもとても良いです。

Cons:

隣の部屋のいびきや廊下を挟んだ向かいの部屋の声が聞こえるほど、壁が薄いです。私は平気でしたが、近くの部屋にうるさい人がいると辛いかもしれません。

ロケーションと朝食が最高で長年利用しています。
窓からの景色も素晴らしいです‼︎

Cons:

以前、洗面所の排水溝から部分入れ歯が流れてしまいました。
できれば、排水溝のところにもう少し細かい網をセットしてもらえたらいいのになぁ〜と思いました。

部屋の照明が暗い
ハンガーが足りない
部屋にマグカップがない
朝食の品数が少ない（特にサラダ）
ライス味噌汁カレー等がセルフサービスではなく、好みの量や盛り付け方を伝えるのが面倒

施設が古いのは仕方ないので、その分、備品を充実させるなどしてもらえるとありがたい
