Pros:

Very convenient location, cozy breakfast restaurant where menu changes daily, friendly staff. Love their facial mask. Beddings were so comfy.

Cons:

Cafe closes service sharp at 9.30am. For late risers, you better chomp down your food!

Amazing experience
Pros:

This hotel is amazing, good size rooms, very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and easy to get around the city.

But what truly stands out is the staff. They are so kind and welcoming. I had a very ugly mishap where I left my phone in a taxi and they went above and beyond to do what they could to help me. Thankfully I got my phone back and all was well. Love those ladies.

Pros:

Ich hatte für japanische Verhältnisse ein wirklich großes Zimmer. Es war durchgängig ruhig und alles ausgezeichnet sauber. Die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist perfekt.

I would book here again in a heartbeat....was a key factor in making my Kyoto visit comfortable.
Pros:

Cleaniness, location and staff friendliness.

Cons:

Breakfast was a big foreign. Probably not fair to ask but a few more items like eggs and bread, fruit, would have been welcome, but then we don't have Asian selections in our Canadian hotel chains. Everything was super clean.
