Rooms were a pretty good size, facilities were great. The provided amenities were good and I loved the various bath salts that were available.
Location was pretty good distance to the train station and various decently priced restaurants.
Breakfast was decent, it was good the first day but only a few things tasted good and it got boring eating those few things in a row.
Easy to navigate and is close to the station. The staff were kind and helpful.
Asked something for a birthday but ended up getting something for an anniversary which made it a bit awkward.

The location is excellent, with easy acess by train or bus to the major tourist attractions. The room was comfortable, and the amenities very nice and diverse (you can pick up whatever you need from the reception area). Breakfast has mainly Japanese options, with limited Western foods. There are several supermarkets within a short walking distance. Highly recommended!

The hotel area is not too busy, and it is very close to convenience store, subway and some eateries place. Moreover, it was very comfortable staying at Sotetsu, amenities was the best compared to the other hotel that I have stayed in Osaka and Tokyo previously.

Fantastic central location with a 7-Eleven right next door and the metro station just a 2-minute walk away. Staff were very nice and sweet.... they handled the language barrier smartly with technology and still delivered excellent service. The breakfast buffet was really good, the hotel was clean throughout, and the extra conveniences like vending machines, money exchange, and self-service toiletries were super handy
The rooms are a bit on the small side, and with two rooms we experienced the classic lottery: one had no natural light because it faced another building, while the other was fine. It’s pure luck depending on which room you get
