Good value for money
Pros:

The location was great, outside of the craziness of the city center, but just close enough to a main shopping street, metro and bus stops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice: everyday it was different, full of choice between Classical Japanese, western and always offered something local from Kyoto for you to try. Like most Japanese hotels, they offer a lot of amenities, like pajamas, skin care products, toothbrushes, etc.

Cons:

The room carpet was full of stains, I don’t think it has even been deep cleaned.

施設は良いので電源が解消すればなお良い。
Pros:

駅近、部屋の清潔感

Cons:

電源が弱く、usb充電が満足に出来なかった。
usbでカメラを充電した充電出来ておらず、翌日電源切れになった。

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend!!!. Zudem gibt es einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer was ich sehr schön finde.

Cons:

1. Der Raumentfeuchter oder was auch immer das Teil im Zimmer sein soll. War komplett verstaubt und mit Haaren von anderen Gästen voll.
2. Keine Klobürste um seine Spuren wegzumachen, dass übrigens in ganz Japan üblich ist.
3. Das verschicken des Gepäcks ist viel viel zu kompliziert. Man muss das über das Internet selber machen, was total kompliziert ist und dem Gast einfach nur Zeit raubt und es auch nicht meine Aufgabe sein sollte. Zudem kommt, dass das Partnerhotel Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho in Tokio das für mich getan hat. Ich hab lediglich den Hotelnamen gegeben an das mein Gepäck geschickt werden soll, sie füllten dann einfach nur ein Papier aus und das Thema war in 5 min fertig. Aber bei euch dauert das allein schon 20 min bis ich das ausgefüllt habe und dann konnte der QR-Code nicht gelesen werden von eurem Gerät und ich saß 30 Minuten in der Lobby. Lasst das mit dem Internet Schmutz und macht das wie das andere Hotel, sodass der Gast nichts machen muss selber weil das ist definitiv KEIN GUTER SERVICE!!!!!! Zudem spricht das Personal kein English das man verstehen könnte.

少人数の観光や出張にもすごくバランスがよい

どこに出かけるにも便利なロケーション。

朝食にウィンナーがあったが、次の日はベーコンが欲しい。
トースターはひどい。食パンはきつね色まで時間がかかり過ぎ。席で待つなんて。焦げて捨てられた。
