A nice and affordable stay for a couple nights at most for solo travelers.
Pros:

The location is great being a less than a minute from the metro station and convenience store. The room is spacious enough for 1-2 people and a small suitcase. It was easy to check in and out with plenty of amenities provided (hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, cups, slippers, trashcan). Thick curtains to keep the sun out.

Cons:

The room and bedding had a peculiar smell to it, kind of like strong detergent or cleaner that I got used to by the second day. The shower head pressure is not strong, so I had to pull out the shower head to wash myself.

Amazing comfort, location and value for money
Pros:

Location was excellent, an easy walk away from good food, shopping and Niseko Market. Just two minutes away from the subway too. Room was clean, cosy and snug. Amenities in the lobby were the best part of the stay. Lovely little lobby and you're free to eat at the dining room outside of breakfast hours too.

Cons:

Everything was great.
