Overall a pleasant experience
Pros:

Great location. Rooms were well designed and functional. Plenty of amenities, all of them functioned well. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

AC was a little too loud. In the cookware section they should include some small frying pans and sauce pans, the ones provided were full size, heavy and too big for light cooking.

very basic stay
Pros:

the slippers are comfortable

Cons:

the smell of the room
toilet/bathroom is not maintained well
bathroom is small, there is no electric socket for hairdryer in the bathroom
lobby is messy, the corridors are dark and feels damp
no bottled water is given, only a water filter that we are supposed to fill with tap water
aircon was loud

Stay again, naturally.
Pros:

I have stayed before in this Hotel, so i like it. I will be abck again later.

Cons:

Luggage Table, they look like picnic chair but good for luggage. I have regular size luggage and usually the space created for luggage is to small for me case if there is any at all. I had to put two chairs together for my suitcase, i do not like my suitcase on the floor. This is never going to be a show stopper, only a suggestion.

Pros:

The staff are very kind & sweet and Robert is one of them. Despite being so busy with guest on the front desk he & the rest always makes time to bring up our deliveries to our room. I have never seen any hotel does that.
They also helped us when we had a problem with our neighbor smoking & the smoke smell got into our room at 4am in the morning, sending staff to our room to take care of the odor & bring us fruits for apology in the morning.

Pros:

Nice interior, clean, welcoming staff, good location along orchard road

Cons:

No instructions on how to use water dispenser, tv and telephone. It took me a long time to figure out how to call housekeeping
