Great amenities and location and we’ll definitely stay here next time
Pros:

Covered walkway to paragon. Infant friendly swimming pool. Clean home with clothes washing machine

Cons:

The dryer didn’t work properly and the ventilation in the house wasn’t very good. Clothing dried on a rack provided still ended up smelling slightly mouldy

Pros:

A clean hotel with polite stafg and good gym. Location was alright near orchard road

Cons:

The hotel says there is a restaurant on property. There isn't one. There is no bar either which is weird for a suppesedly 5 star hotel. No poll bar or service by the pool either. Very few sun benches by the pool. They also list some restaurants nearby that dont seem to exist. The lobby is small and looks like there is very few services at this hotel. Disappointing

Dịch vụ quá tệ, đặt xe tiễn sân bay, ko ai gửi ttin tài xế mặc dù có group whatsapp làm việc. Khách ko nói đc tiếng anh, đứng loay hoay tìm xe, nhắn lên group ko ai trả lời. Rốt cuộc phải book xe nơi khác mặc dù đã thanh toán tiền xe

Pros:

Very good location to Orchard Singapore area. Rooms were spacious compared to average Singapore rooms.

Cons:

Notice wrong with room. Other than maybe some more storage space/utensils for cleaning.
