Pros:

Rooms are very neat and clean... Everyday they used to clean room and keep checking the cleaners is awesome... Breakfast was complimentary and delicious 😋 Staffs are welcomed well and till vacant they are friendly 🙂

Good stay at Cosmo
Pros:

I am the Tour Leader for my group. Our stay was amazing. Thanks to the front staff angie and tintin and Duty Manager Mr.
Logan, front Office Manager Ms. Peng for giving us the best service. Breakfast was okay as there are many options to choose. Will come back here again and recommend to friends.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mam Wong Poh Peng for her exceptional service. She assisted me throughout my entire stay process and ensured the best experience at the hotel. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. The rooms are also excellent and well maintained. This is one of the best service experiences I’ve had.
