Cons:

Fridge does not work. The floor in bathroom/shower wets the whole space soaking everything. No milk, no cutlery for eatting fruit etc or stirring your coffee. Just very basic.

Bad review
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The customer service at the reception was poor, and the room was outdated and in need of renovation. We stayed for two nights, but housekeeping did not clean our room at all on the second day. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Panda Escape Room experience
Pros:

Booked the panda escape room cones with panda theme Mercedes stay at room 1403 . Room is comfortable air-conditioning is working fine . Room size is right not too small. Breakfast was on but need improving.check in with TinTin very polite and friendly.
