Rien, si les agents de sécurité étaient très gentils

Très déçu, chaque année on avait l’habitude de venir ici. Mais c’est terminé maintenant on reviendra plus.
Le petit déjeuner il y’a rien pour les enfants.
Et même pour les adultes on sait même pas quoi manger c’était pas bon.
2 fruits qui se balade! Une seul viande de propose ! Mes enfant ont mangés que du riz blanc.
Et même pas vous proposer du Teh Tarik comme dans tout les autres hôtel.
Je vous avais proposer de mettre la cafetière a grain à disposition gratuite y’a 3 ans. Au final c’est toujours payant, mais personne l’utilise.
C’est dommage.

The reception female staff the Indian and the Chinese woman lacking courtesy! Stupid hospitality and it's only happening in poor undeveloped countries that should be avoided
This hotel will be a complete rubbish if the management not stopping these un professional rude behaviours

Adjoining door in room. Not adequate sound proofing. Dont book if you value privacy in your room.

Cons:

No hot water in shower on arrival. There was a notice about maintenance in my room. Fair enough I got a hot shower later at night. The worst part was the noise. There was an adjoining door in the room. It’s like sharing your room with another person. I really dislike this for the price. I prioritise privacy in a hotel over anything. Do not book the internal room with no windows if you care about noise from neighbours.

Good safe location for tourists
Pros:

Good location near the Masjid Jamek station, River of Life walk, Central Market and the refurbished Sultan Abdul Samad building. Good for tourists wanting to venture in this part of KL. Also close enough to either Petaling Street or Masjid Indja area. Safe too.
Fabulous view of Merdeka 118 building further away.
