1 - تعاون السيد ümer üzbek في إرشادي للأماكن و شرح العناوين دائما لي بكل أريحية و ترحاب
2- طاقم الادارة والموظفين متعاونين مع ابتسامة وتكريم
الشكر موصول لكل الطاقم

Cons:

عدم إمكانية وقوف سيارة التوصيل التاكسي لفترة طويلة وذلك لأن الطريق ضيق ذو اتجاه واحد مما يتوجب التحرك سريعا في النزول وصعود السيارة

I had an excellent stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were absolutely perfect: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. I have stayed at many hotels in Istanbul, especially in Nişantaşı, but this hotel offered the best hospitality I have experienced so far. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I will definitely stay here again!

Хотел је близу ресторана и продавница. Локација је добра. Купатило и кревет су чисти.

Cons:

Намештај је стар и дотрајао како у соби тако и на тераси. Може бити чистије.

Очень удобное расположение отеля к месту проведения мероприятия по работе. Рядом очень много кафе и магазинов, что очень удобно для шоппинга

Staff were lovely. Place is pleasant but a bit on the noisy side
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was traditional Turkish but perfectly adequate (bread / olives / cheese / egg )

Cons:

There was quite a lot of noise from both the street and the other guests. And while one should expect the calls to prayer in Istanbul- this hotel is very close to the local mosque so that impacted also. Overall my stay was nice but the noisy nights were a bit of a struggle. If you really need your sleep - maybe find something a bit quieter.

لمن يريد الراحة والاستمتاع بسفره لا أنصح بتجربته

لم يعجبني شيء سوى الموظف في الاستقبال واسمه عبد الرحمن وموظف آخر يلبس بدلة لم أعرف اسمه.

Cons:

"للأسف، تجربتي في هذا الفندق لم تكن جيدة. والموقع ليس بجيد، ومستوى الخدمة كان دون المتوقع. لم أكن راضياً عن دخول الموظفين للغرفة رغم تنبيهي بعدم الدخول، بالإضافة إلى ذلك وجبة الإفطار ترسل لك في الغرفة ليي من باب توفير الراحة إنما من باب التقليل من الوجبة فلا ترتقي لكونها وجبة إفطار ومع ذلك خرجت ولم آخذ منها شيئا ثم رجعت للفندق فوجدتهم قد أخذوها دون إذني لهم بالدخول للغرفة وهذا ما لم أشاهد في الفنادق الأخرى وقد اعتذر لي الموظف عن هذا التصرف ولكن ترك انطباعا سيئا في نفسي فالشعر بالأمان أمر أساسي.
وكذلك خدمات الغرفة لم ترتقِ لمستوى خدمات فندق، مثل عدم وجود أنواع مختلفة من الشامبو، وعدم توفير ماء الشرب في اليوم الثاني، وعدم تغيير بعض الفوط، وغيرها. لهذا السبب، لا أنصح الآخرين بتجربة هذا الفندق.
