The location of the hotel is not exactly near the Busan Station, it's nearer to Jagalchi Station however the distance can be overcome easily with subway train or taxi ride by using the Ubertaxi. it is very near the Bupyeong Kkangtong Market & Gukje Market which is walking distance. There are a lot of Korean BBQ eateries for you to explore once you walk out from the hotel.
I enjoy my stay very much.
The room is very clean & the bathroom is well-equipped.

Cons:

My wife could use a wardrobe cabinet inside the room.

Užsakėme kambarį 6 asmenims (3 suaugę,3 vaikai). Atvykome 1 val anksčiau,į kambarį neįleido,nes jį dar ruošė. Atvykome po kelių valandų...pasirodo mūsų kambarys dvivietis,tik su 1 lova. Visgi jis paruoštas dar toli gražu nebuvo, tada tik pasiūlė pakloti ant žemės čiužinių ir sakė,kad kito varianto neturi. Nesutiko nei pakeisti į kitokius kambarius nei turėjo kitų opcijų..sumokėjom didžiausią kainą per visą viešnagę P.Korėjoj,negavom nei paklodžių,miegojom ant grindų o ir rankšluosčiai,visa kita pritaikyta tik 2 asmenims....:(

Not for me. Maybe for elderly who loves caring and cleaning.
Pros:

Nothing the hotel was running as a small business very discipline. Booked the last minute into this hotel. The location is not good for staying. As a tourist best to choice others area like Busan station or centre city other.

Nothing. I’ve been travelling for over 20 years sole travelling, my first time feel so stressed stayed here. Every day before you go out you have to hand the card back to the owner. When you come back pick up the card for your room key. You will be tell what wrong with the room you stay in. I’m here for holiday and to hear what the room issue and How clean I should live. The shampoo and body wash was so tiny bottle like 10ml so you have to ask.

Un séjour incroyable en très peu de temps !
Pros:

Nous avons adorer notre séjour à l’hôtel Marcher. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien équipé.
L’hôtel est également bien situé, un market très sympa à côté.
Un grand merci aux hôtes d’accueil qui ont été incroyable.
Nous aurions aimé resté plus longtemps.

1 房間內附很好吹的吹風機
2 浴室水壓強，溫度算穩定，會時不時稍微變燙一下，還算好洗
3 飯店旁邊有許多營業到很晚的店家，不怕沒東西吃，不過環境比較亂一點
4 離捷運有一小段，走路10-15分鐘。沒行李慢慢散步還OK，有行李的話有點累
5 一樓餐廳有冷熱飲水機
6 房間有玄關
7 旁邊就是7-11

1 冰箱很小一個，有點太小了
2 房間燈光偏暗
