La proximité avec l’aéroport, les services dans l’hôtel, le bar resto, et la navette aller-retour, très bon service.
Tout était parfait, sauf que le tapis que l’on voit sur la photo bleu pale était sale taché pas très propre. J’ai pris une photo mais je ne peux l’envoyer ici. La porte patio ne barrerait pas.
Shuttle from the hotel was very convenient, staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was good, close to airport and it was easy to not worry about getting to and from the airport
The room i stayed was good, it was big, and it was cold. So it took a little time to warm up. Also my stay was for one night only. Late check in and early check out, so I couldn’t see a lot of the property. But what I saw was good for what I needed it.

The personnel were nice & the shuttle driver was exceedingly kind.
It was loud, no insulation between rooms, you could hear everything. I slept maybe an hour.
It was very close to the airport.
It is very clean, thanks to good housekeeping staff.
On our arrival, at 23:00, staff were huddled over a computer,laughing and giggling, and didn't acknowledge us until we had said " Good evening."
One member of staff continued to massage the shoulders of a female colleague whilst we checked in.
We couldn't sleep because of the very uncomfortable pillows.
Breakfast was awful. REALLY AWFUL.
The cooked breakfast was stone cold, and of exceptionally poor quality.
The orange juice couldn't be drunk. It was beyond grim.
We used to stay at this hotel regularly,when it was called OPO Hotel, but it is now under different ownership or management.
We always said on our past visits, that it was one of the very best hotels.
The Manager, Senhor Eduardo was exceptional, and the standards he set throughout the hotel were very high.
Not so anymore.
On checking out, the receptionist, Pedro, didn't ask if we had had a pleasant stay.
After pointing this out to him, he then asked us.
When we told him that we had not, he did not offer an apology,instead telling us how surprised he was, as other guests were very happy.
We advised him to read recent reviews.
This was always our hotel of choice, but we will not be returning.
If you do book this hotel, bring your own pillows and your own breakfast.

Je suis arrivée en voiture de Location. L hotel a envoyé la navette me récupérer chez le loueur car il pleuvait.
Un immense merci au chauffeur qui a été réellement adorable.
Il m a déposé au pied des escalators du parking souterrain et m'a accompagné jusqu au escalators avec mes bagages.
Merci au personnel d'avoir été aux petits soins.
La chambre était très très grande et la douche ummense. La.literie etait très confortable

Location, easy walk to airport terminal. Nice staff. Breakfast ok. Room large. Good feel to it.
Bed was OK for me but too hard for my wife. Had a kettle but had to put it on the floor as no plugs at table hight. Strange.
Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig und trotz Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Schnellstrasse sehr ruhig. Die riesige Dusche war grandios. Die Betten sehr groß und sehr bequem. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht.
Lose Diele im Flur.

Гостиница находится совсем рядом с аэропортом. Отходит тем, кто прилётает поздно вечером и улетает рано утром. Шума самолётов ночью совсем не слышно. Брали номер с такси от и до аэропорта, доехали за 5 минут. Номер большой и чистый,с чайником и бутылкой воды.
