Clean linen and comfortable bed.
Basic. Room located right next to fire exit on ground floor which was open all night which I did mention to the Reception but nothing was done about it. As a single female traveller I was worried someone might be able to access my room.
The location was brilliant. the room was clean and comfortable we had asked for a downstairs room which we were allocated. The staff in reception were friendly and helpful.
There was an abnormal amount of black mould around the bath and the bathroom didn't seem to be very clean

Located beside a motorway but it was very quiet, no traffic noise. Clean & convenient. Overlooking the English countryside out our window which was at the back side of the building.
No mini fridge to have fresh milk etc to make a morning coffee. The coffee vending machine took my payment & all I got was an empty coffee cup & the machine completely shut down & restarted. Did not get my coffee! Not owned by the motel.

For the price no complaints, all good
The awful man at the desk was rude and discourteous. They knew I had a dog. I booked in advance. He was trying to get me to pay £20 in CASH for my dog I told him I didnt carry cash only cards he wanted me to get some from a cash machine. I refused point blank I knew it was a SCAM he wanted to put the money into his pocket. The RAT. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

The cost of the stay and location were just about acceptable for a one night stop over.
Too noisy due to the location being close to the a46 and heavy traffic. General cleaning needs to be addressed as walls were covered by liquid splash. Poor choice in food snacks. Bed was too soft but acceptable. I will not be booking again
