Pros:

The location, the quality of the room, very nice inside, decorated and furnished well. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

I couldn't close the window so it was really noisy at night, no one around to ask to close it. I had to ask for the breakfast sheet on my second night because i was only given one, it took a while because the nice lady that helpec me was unsure of the comuter system. I didn't see anyone to ask for the last two nights, so I missed out on 2 breakfasts.

Just what i was looking for on my stay in Gloucestershire
Pros:

I stayed there the year before and it was just what i wanted on my trip to see friends the breakfast was good well presented and good set me up for the day ahead, room just what i was looking for staff very helpful.

enjoyed our visit.
Pros:

nice hotel,good staff, super breakfast. in the centre of a lovely town. well worth a visit. we will be back later in the year.

Cons:

maybe have more assist with luggage, for us oldies the stairs give our knees a bashing. on our visit it seemed as though one person had a lot to do.

Pros:

The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very well located for what we needed, it is great value for money and the breakfast, which was included was really good..The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Dated, loud, but lovely staff.
Pros:

Room was large, enjoyed that it was separate rooms for kids and adults.

The staff were very friendly and nice.

Cons:

Room was next to a nightclub, which was my fault for not checking. So we were up till 2am.

Room was quite dated and dirty, but bedding was clean!

No AC and fan was broken, so it was a hot night.

Pros:

Breakfast was spot on.

Cons:

Restaurant was closed in the evening and pub over the road which does food is closed Mon - Weds. The only other place which does pub grub in walking distance is the Bell Hotel / Golf club which was good nosh but a bit trumpy.

Excellent
Pros:

Firstly, thanks to Dave for sorting our room request. Didn't get to meet to say thanks personally, but we were very grateful. Room was lovely with beams and four poster. Clean, tidy, and with a thoughtful fan included. Loads of storage and good lighting. Staff lovely. Breakfast well cooked and plentiful. Location great for our cycles and river paddles.

Cons:

All good. It's rare not to have something that niggles but honestly, everything was lovely.
