Alvaro, the owner, was incredibly friendly, accessible and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable.
All very good but parking difficult.
La ubicacion cerca del centro, la estica.
Este dia no habia desayuno y no descontaro el valor del mismo, solo me indicaron algun lugar para desayunar. no habia mando para la TV. no hay ascensor.

Foi tudo bom. Mas, penso que outros clientes ao entrarem para os seus respectivos quartos não fizessem barulho. Terem coincidência que não estão sozinhos . Infelizmente, aconteceu connosco 😓
Nos quedamos solamente una noche, pero bastó para saber que es un hostal que recomendaríamos. Álvaro es súper simpático y nos recomendó sitios cercanos para visitar, Feli también es un amor, nos preparó un desayuno riquísimo y super completo. La habitación era enorme y el baño estaba muy muy bien, muy recomendable!

Fui numa altura de muito calor e sem ar condicionado tornou-se um pouco complicado de dormir.
It’s simple but rich at same time, it’s a beautiful place and has a feeling of the past. There’s space and stillness. Even though its not perfect in terms of being comfortable we will return for sure but when the weather is cooler, loved the place and the village. Breakfast was very pleasant, theres a lovely terrace and a small patio that could be evolved into very pleasant places, and other common areas like the place to read and play near the terrace.
It was very hot weather and it was very hot inside without a way to cooldown, it’ll probably have air con in the future, id consider to put fans up until this happens. could have soap in the bathroom. The library couldn’t be used because of the heat i believe with opening all those windows at night it could become fresher! Despite this it’s definitely a place to stay especially in autumn and spring must be great!
Nice place, good location
When we checked in the owner was very attentive and nice. Although on his own busy schedule he took the time to get our identification registered and showed us to our room. He even offered to help us with the luggage up a series of steps to the second floor. But we declined and managed ourselves.
Before leaving us to our room he left behind a portable AC/Dehumidifier unit. He mentioned that installing each room with its own AC units was a future project for the hotel. He also showed us his sustainability efforts of having solar panels and how he is returning electric back to the company.
He shared the story of why he calls his hotel the Hotel Rural Las Grullas. It is because of the grullas (storks) returning to the area from migration in Northern Europe. Very creative!
We were the only customers during this stay. We were treated like family who hadn’t visited in a long time. A continental breakfast was offered and we enjoyed speaking with the staff. During the evening we went up to the upper deck balcony to enjoy the cool night breeze, to see the stars, and admire the moon.
The facility is a very classical home of this area ingeniously converted to a hotel. It requires constant attention and maintenance but the owner is giving it the special care it needs. He is always thinking ahead to the next effort of this gem in the making.
Everything was okay
Awesome people, very open-minded and friendly. Everything was very clean. All rooms are heated with radiators, even the bathroom! That's amazing
