Great location in Soho. Excellent staff at front desk who were very helpful.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was small but adequate. Very nice Molton Brown toiletries.

Cons:

Bedroom was tiny and a bit claustrophobic. There was no window in room but I was aware of this at time of booking.

Great location and a stylish room.
Pros:

Great location, stylish property, rooms are well decorated to a good standard.

Morton Brown toiletries, forgotten how nice they are.

Cons:

Tiny things but important, there is no conditioner in the showers so my washed her was left dry and knotty.

The lighting near the mirrors needs improving. All down lighters which make it hard for people that wear make up to do a good job!

Chic and great value in the heart of Soho.
Pros:

A great little spot -- minimal chic, I'd call it. Just what you need and no more, at a great price point in Soho. Elegant, with comfy beds and great shower pressure.

Cons:

The only issue -- and it's a major issue -- is the non-stop playing of music throughout the hotel. On the bedroom floors, awful muzak starts blaring out of speakers at 8am. NOT AT ALL WHAT A GUEST WANTS! The point of a hotel is a quiet, dark room where you can sleep. When I called the desk, there was a lot of 'computer says no'. Two members of staff said they couldn't possibly turn the music off -- even though no one wanted it. Fortunately one person did, but it was a bit of a battle. Easy fix that would remove all my reservations.

Very good for what we paid will definitely stay again
Pros:

Great little place , location perfect just on the edge of everything, close to the park & Sussex restaurant which was superb!

Cons:

We had a cosy room , which was a bit like the bloc , very small but perfectly formed & suitable for a couple of nights

Cons:

The original room booked was tiny and without windows .. so small and oppressive we couldn't sleep in there .
