Good location, won’t book the windowless room next time
Pros:

The location is excellent and the hotel bar was very nice.

Cons:

The room without the window is tiny!
Paying 8£ for each luggage for storage after checkout is a bit greedy and nothing justifies this price in my opinion.

Pros:

L’emplacement, le rapport qualité prix, la déco.

Pratique pour quelques nuits ( surtout seul)

Cons:

Rien, tout était très bien, juste un peu bruyant dans la rue mais ça s est calmé rapidement après 23:30.
Le personnel assez quelconque, pas spécialement sympa, robotiques mais efficace et c’est ce que je recherchais. Pas trop de bla bla et un bon rapport qualité prix

Pros:

L’emplacement et le style de la chambre

Cons:

J’ai passé presque 1 heure à la réception (à partir de 14h, soit à l’heure où je pouvais récupérer ma chambre) car le checkin de l’équipe n’avait pas encore été fait, on m’a répété que cela sera prêt dans 5 à 10 minutes au moins 4 fois

Pros:

Location was the best!

Cons:

Noisy at night as karaoke bar. However this is central london so my fault for not taking my earpods. Room smaller than it looked on the pictures for an apartment type room. However again central london. Small things TV did not work properly. Good value for money although larger more equipped apartments were available when booking in the same location. But would stay again for location

The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms good but too small to enjoy a true hotel experience
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were good quality. The shower was good and nice products. We liked the bar downstairs too.

Cons:

We knew the room would be small but it was just too small for comfort for 2 people. Any longer than one night and it would have been too much. I was very disappointed not to have a kettle for tea.
