Pros:

Hotel básico, em ótima localização, fácil acesso a partir do terminal rodoviário e também com ótimas opções de restaurante. O hotel é simples, mas tem ótimo café da manhã. A limpeza dos quartos poderia melhorar.

A localização do hotel e o quarto são muito bons. Há opção de estacionamento pago e é cobrado o empréstimo de cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol. O café da manhã é fraco. Mas em geral é válida a hospedagem.

la verdad, muy caro alpepe, entiendo que es Punta del este, temporada alta pero.... desayuno, poco nutritivo, lo unico que tenias para desayunar eran lacteos, y cereales... mucho ruido de los huespedes, en fin, nunca mas volveria.

O atendimento da funcionária da recepção Isis é o que salva. Vários problemas na estadia: banheiro estava com problemas tivemos que utlizar banheiro em outro quarto em outro andar. Além disso, a cortina do quarto caindo atrapalhando o sono em virtude ao sol. O café da manhã igual todos os dias.

O quarto superior com vista para o mar é muito pequeno, falta manutenção e limpeza. O chuveiro é bom. Roupas de cama e banho velhas e manchadas. O cafe é simples e bom. A localizacao é boa.

Achei que fosse melhor e mais limpo, os leçois manchados parecia que tinham sido usados, além de algumas sujeiras no banheiro que deixou a desejar, mas a cama é boa e o quarto ok.

fotografia do quarto reservado nao era igual ao mesmo que ficamos, era bem inferior e menor... travesseiros manchados , janelas trincadas e cortinas que nao fecham corretamente.hotel bem localizado, 2 quadras do centro, uma quadra da praia. cafe da manha muito pobre.

Pros:

Uncomfortable room, towel hanger broken and not fixed even after complaint, unbalanced shower door which allowed shower water to flood the bathroom, the room hall and also the elevator hallway, poor breakfast with some small flies on and over food buffet, and staff not prepared to help guests with info about bus routes.
