cold water in the room
Cons:

Unfortunately, the water in the room was only lukewarm throughout my entire stay. Despite several requests and reminders to the staff, the problem was never resolved. This was very disappointing and significantly affected my overall experience.

Milé recepčné 💕

Cons:

V hoteli je problém s teplou vodou a tlakom, ráno je nepríjemné zmývať si hlavu v studenej vode. O probléme vedia, ochotne nás presťahovali na vyššie poschodie, však ráno sa situácia zopakovala 🤣
Na izbe chýbal kávový a čajový servis.

Cons:

Ač je to nekuřácký hotel, tak i přes zavřená okna byl v pokoji chvílemi nepříjemné cítit kouř z cigaret

Üzleti útra megfelelő.
Pros:

Reggeli megfelelő. Ágyak kicsit kemények, de nem volt gond az alvással. Személyzet kedves.

Cons:

Nem tudtam fizetni Bank of America kártyával, amiről a személyzet tájékoztatott, így a céges kiadást saját pénzből kellett finanszíroznom. Majd a kollegám informált, hogy pár perccel előttem ő azzal fizetett. Jó lett volna, ha tisztán kommunikálva van mi elfogadott és mi nem. Erkélyes szobát foglaltam, de nagyon minimális erkélyre kell gondolni. Kilátás udvarra.

Tragedia. Szczerze odradzam wybór tego hotelu.

Miła pani w recepcji starająca się pomóc w miarę swoich możliwości.

Cons:

Nieczynna restauracja o czym poinformowano nas rano w dniu przyjazdu. Dodam, że był to główny powód wybrania tego hotelu na trasie. Brak ciepłej wody, zakurzone półki w szafie i robak przypominający pluskwę w pokoju. Śniadanie miało być serwowane od 7:00 do 10:00. Taka informacja widniała na etui karty do pokoju i potwierdzona została wieczorem przez panią recepcjonistkę. Niestety o godz.7:40 w restauracji „powitała” nas pani burcząc, że jeszcze 20 minut. Kiedy ponownie przyszliśmy do restauracji, zastaliśmy kolejne „niespodzianki”: brudne obrusy i sztućce, stoliki „ozdobione” zwiędłymi tulipanami, brak jakiejkolwiek ciepłej potrawy (ewentualnie dostępne z karty za dopłatą), bardzo uboga pozostała oferta śniadaniowa (wędliny nie odważyliśmy się tknąć).
