Kvalitné ubytovanie, pohodlná posteľ, sieťky proti hmyzu, chutná a vkusne aranžovaná strava, príjemný krytý plavecký bazén. Možnosť relaxu na zatrávnenej terase v blízkosti vody. Ústretový milý personál.

Cons:

Pri nižšom počte hostí je kaviareň na streche v obmedzenej prevádzke.

Klimatizacia bola aktivna len vtedy, ked bola vybrata karta. Pri otazke, ci je to tak v poriadku, bolo mi povedane, ze ano. Celkove sklamanie cena vers. sluzby.

Výborná lokalita, súkromná pláž, fenomenálne raňajky, bezplatný pitný režim na pláži a požičiavanie paddleboardov, milý personál a ústretový majiteľ, ktorí sa snažil splniť každé želanie hostí.

1, Nefunkčná Klimatizácia - keďže nočné teploty dosahovali 25-26°C nedalo sa v prehriatej izbe dobre spať. Po reklamácii, že nefunguje klimatizácia na izbe, nám povedali, že sa na to pozrú. Po príchode na izbu sa zdalo byť všetko ok, ale po krátkom čase sa znovu otelilo a ani druhú noc sa nedalo spať, kvôli rovnakému problému. Ráno na konci pobytu sme zistili, že klimatizácia funguje, ale len v neprítomnosti na izbách. Akonáhle zasuniete hotelovú kartičku do kartového portu, aby Vám fungovala elektrika na izbe, tak prestala fungovať klimatizácia. Toto mala byť prvá informácia, ktorú by mal hosť obdržať na recepcii, alebo minimálne po nahlásení problému s klimatizáciu.

2, Druhá nemilá informácia, nás čakala po skončení pobytu, a informovaní recepčnej, že plánujeme ešte ostať v hotelovom areáli na pláži, dať si ešte obed, zopár drinkov a podvečer sa vybrať domov, nám bolo stroho odpovedané, že to nie je možné a musíme po od ubytovaní ihneď opustiť areál hotela. Rozumiem, že to asi je z kapacitných dôvodov, ale dá sa to vysvetliť aj milšie a tak isto je to dosť zásadná informácia, ktorú by mal hosť obdržať už na začiatku ubytovania, aby mu to nepokazilo inak celkovo dobrý dojem z pobytu.
