Great time i recommend
Pros:

The staff were great! Chris and the lovely lady who worked the night of the 16th both of them went above and beyond. The interior is nice and I had a great rest.

Cons:

It’s downtown so there’s extra noise but no issues

It's a motel not a hotel. Its clean, safe and friendly.
Pros:

Staying here has been an experience. The new management is very cooperative and patient with all my physical needs. Downtown is often an issue of safety and finding a place to stay at a reasonable price. We have chosen to be long-term residents until another opportunity arrives.

Would rather pay $20 more to stay somewhere else
Pros:

Close to down town, fridge and microwave.

Cons:

there was mold in the bathroom shower curtain, lots of appliances that needed fixing up, there was a huge black widow in our room, the door doesn’t have an extra safety lock.

Pros:

There was no soap (like they were out of soap), the room was not clean, it had a bit of a smell, the curtains didn’t close all the way, and…our bed was broken! To their credit, the lady working and maintenance man tried to help and did end up bringing us a new bed frame at 9:30 pm. They were trying, the motel is bad, do not recommend.

Hidden secret
Pros:

Fast check in. Very friendly clerk. Fast and easy checkout. Location is perfect if you are doing anything downtown and don't want the hassle of driving and then finding parking. Room was in excellent shape, everything worked and the beds were very comfortable.

This motel is clean, well kept and comfortable. I appreciate how they utilize the space to feel like you are staying in a studio. There is full size kitchen sink with counter space. There is full bath and the shower hot water NEVER let you down and it can get extremely hot 😅. They have reliable television. Location is quiet and convenient to restaurants and cafes within walking distance around downtown. Staff is amazing and a well organized team. They will clean your room thoroughly. I have memories at this motel and I appreciate their hospitality!

The family oriented staff here at this hotel is definitely one of a kind. They're super polite and very respectful. I would most definitely recommend this motel to anyone whose looking for a hotel room.

Pros:

The location and ease of getting around was perfect.
Hotel is older, but in good condition. not fancy but suited our needs just fine. gathering area with grill and seating, while we didn't get an opportunity to use- was a nice bonus especially for a group. Our only complaint was our towels were stained. we ended up getting our own. If we had an occasion for the two of us again to return to Colorado Springs, we would definitely consider going back.
