The front desk had limited English but were friendly and helpful. I didn’t know before I booked that this property doubles as a brothel and it’s clear that they put there effort into looking after that instead of cleaning the rooms. There was still clothes under the bed from the previous guest.

部屋とお風呂はとても清潔でした。トイレとお風呂が別になっていたのは良かったです。
パジャマが、バスローブっぽくて、着にくいので、別途パジャマが必要。
ドライヤーのスイッチを切っても、切れないので、電源を抜いて対応しました。

総合的には綺麗でコスパもいいと思います。
ただ、トリプルルームのベットが全て小さい。シングル以下のサイズあるの？と思うサイズだった。気軽に寝返りができなかった。

小6の子と3人で2連泊しました。ベットを１つ追加してありましたが、幅が狭いことが主人が寝てて気づきました。普通のシングルよりも約10㎝ほど。その他は気になるところはありませんが、ベッドを追加してある分部屋は狭かったです。
清潔感はありました。
二泊したので、２日目のタオルの交換などがなされていませんでした。自分でお願いしなくては行けなかったのかも知れません。

朝ごはんなどありませんでしたが、近くにはコインランドリーやコンビニ、飲食店がたくさんありましたので、不自由さはありませんでした。
ただ、ベットを追加してしまったので、ご飯を食べるスペースが、荷物を置くとほぼなかったです。
でも、便利でしたので、宿泊する分には申し分ありませんでした。
余談ですが、対応されるかたのほとんどは外国人の方だったので、人手不足を痛感しました。対応は良かったです。

Das Bad war sehr groß Badewanne und Dusche WC getrennt
Zimmer war sehr groß
Hotel wird auch als Stundenhotel vermietet was aber kaum auffiel da sehr diskret
Hatten ein Zimmer im 10.Stock.
Alles in Allem für 4 Nächte ok
Leider konnte nur der Chef Englisch

Pros:

洗面所の排水溝が閉じたままで、栓を外さないと水が流れなかった。
ビジネスホテルと思い予約をしたが、ちょっと違う気がした。
駅近なので、寝るだけならリーズナブルで良いと思う。

男二人で行く場所じゃない
Pros:

男二人での利用だったのでツインで予約
しかし、部屋に入ってみたら確かにベッドはシングル2つだったが、2台合わせてシーツは1つ。
キングサイズのベッド1台。ツインでわなくダブルでした。
