Great location and friendly staff. Our receptionist, which I assume is the owner, was kind enough to help us with our airport taxi bookings.
Breakfast was homemade by the staff every morning.
The terrace didn’t look like the pictures. I booked this hotel specifically for the terrace’s decoration, but I guess it’s a thing of season. They must only decorate during high season months, but it would’ve been nice to know.

Localização, fica mesmo no centro. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários. Cama e almofadas confortáveis. Pequeno-almoço, apesar de limitado e da quantidade, era feito e servido no momento.
Por cima da cama, mesmo tendo uma rede, caía areia para cima dos lençóis. Falta um armário para arrumar roupa. Demasiado quente, mesmo no inverno, não dá para desligar aquecimento.
Localizacion estupenda, goreme es muy bonito y el hotel era espectacular. Todo muy limpio, la habitacion amplia y comoda.
El desayuno nos sorprendio, mucha cantidad y muy rico todo.

The marketing of the hotel has been done well in the sense that the pictures look so much better than what the place actually is. The staff isn't friendly, the breakfast options very little and the entrance to the hotel is super dingy. Would not recommend

it was located in a very good location, which is easily accessible to most of the tour programs. Also, they have the best staff they even arranged the airport pickup. Pick They were also very kind and helpful.

Really unique hotel in the town, very close to everything you need. The breakfast was amazing, so much food. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was very comfy. The cave room is fun and interesting :) Lovely place to stay in Goreme, highly recommend. The rooftop views are really nice, looking out over the town.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, un poco de todo y rico.
La habitación muy grande y todo perfecto, la limpieza bastante bien también.
La conexión a internet no funcionó una noche y estuve incomunicada, porque no tenía datos móviles tampoco. Sé que no es culpa del alojamiento.
Hice una petición de un edredón extra porque la cama de la habitación había uno muy pequeño para 2 personas, y no me lo dieron hasta el día siguiente ( es un fallo que puede tener cualquiera pero fue molesto )
La recepción pone que es 24 horas pero no siempre están.
