Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. This was a nice simple guest house, within walking distance of the old town on the other side of the river which was nice and central to get about but far enough away to avoid the noise. Nice and quiet, no noise from the road in the room, which was great. A simple breakfast was included, lovely friendly staff. Great value for money. We would gladly stay again.

Cons:

Could do with some handsoap in the bathroom alongside the shower gel. Nothing to complain about, housekeeping missed cleaning the room one day when we'd put the sign up to do so but that was the only very minor thing.

Très bon emplacement calme mais proche centre
Pros:

Bon accueil, très grande chambre, propre, lit confortable.
Bien situé avec restaurants et commerces à proximité, à 5/7 min à pied du vieux marché et du night street food et market.
Piscine propre et très appréciable après des journées de visites caniculaire.
Clim dans la chambre tout juste rafraîchissante sans que la chambre ne devienne un congélateur.
Les chambres ne sont pas toute jeune, mais elles sont bien entretenues .

Cons:

Il y a comme une odeur de renfermé / rance dans l'eau de la douche et lavabo, mais je pense que cela est dû à la ville en soit et non à la guesthouse.

Super séjour !
Pros:

Accueil très sympa, on nous a proposé des jus d'orange lorsqu'on est arrivé.... Personnel très souriant, serviable et arrangeant. Piscine très agréable après une journée dans les ruines d'Angkor... Super chambre au calme. Emplacement à 5mn à pied du marché de nuit. Gare routière à 2mn à pied.

Wonderful hotel in a good location
Pros:

I loved my stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and all the facilities were exactly as pictured. There was also decent WiFi, plus plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers. I also appreciated the electric kettle for making tea and coffee.

Perfect! Lovely staff, very comfortable!
Pros:

Incredible hospitality, we never felt so good and so welcome in a hotel. Nika and her staff is amazing, we felt home. Rooms very comfortable, good ac, warm and very high water pressure shower. Breakfast is quite nice an fresh, they even offered a breakfast box in one of the days since we were leaving before breakfast. The location is also great, not in the noisy area of the city but still many many options to eat and shop 1-2min walking. The noisy/vibrant part of the city is like 12min walking and perfectly safe to do so, if you want to check it out it’s very reachable. This could be the best hotel stay I ever had.

The One is excellent. Recommend any and all to stay here.
Pros:

Room, AC, location, friendly and helpful staff. The B&B is on a busy corner, but there is surprisingly low noise from the street.

Cons:

Shower didn't drain very well.
