Unbelievablely unprofessional! The booking was for Executive Suite, upon checking in, a rundown room away from the original hotel was issued which looks completely different from the picture with no wifi, landline not working, foul smelll and completely battered furnitures. When requested for a change, the hotel check-in staff said the Executive Suite already taken and only standard room available for the night without the slightest effort to offer any compensation!

The room telephone is not working. The Wi-Fi is not working according to the said instructions but we need to find out how by ourselves. Not recommend

實況: 6月13日入住當日:
1) 希望到酒店泳池暢泳一番和在健身房鍛練身體, 可惜看到的只是一個發出陣陣惡臭並位於地庫的泳池和一間充滿生"金秀"的健身房用品.
2) 房間內並沒有洗衣機提供, 向職員反映後, 開頭堅持不是所有房間都有該設施, 經我不斷提出與其酒店職員溝通的電郵作證明, 才免為難為我地安排6月14日2PM後換房, 而該902房的雪櫃漏水, 沒有牙刷提供, 沒有窗户,與你方網頁所提供的相片大大不同. (圖902房無窗, 雪櫃漏水)
3) 住在不是你方提供之"住址"作住宿, 只有登記櫃位是你方提供之"地址", 但住址卻在對面街, 走2分鐘才到達, 而且沒有樓下閘門的閘門卡, 不能自由出入大樓, 酒店方說可以隨時叫保安協助開門, 但我們從來沒有見過保安位有任何人在當值, 要入大樓只有等有住客進出才能入去.
4) 6月14日改住808房間, 一進房間完全沒有冷機供應, 整個房間活像桑拿房又熱又焗呼吸困難, 而走廊, 甚至整棟大樓都沒有冷機開放, 全晚不能入睡,心情, 精神非常差劣. 電視亦不能搜台, 要求轉房不果, 職員表示會明天(6月15日)安排維修. 但15日中午再三查問櫃台職員, 他們表示並沒有收到任何消息/通知/安排會轉房. 於是我們於6月15日晚上11點10分決定提早離開,入住另一間酒店.
5) 轉了808房間後, 打開廚櫃找廚具, 便一隻蜘蛛爬出, 與我們共住一房. 勉強在當晚住下, 在半夜被蝨咬全身發癢, 我不敢想像該房有多骯髒多久沒有打掃!! (圖蜘蛛,蝨咬)
6) 本人的行李因為航班延誤並由航空公司送到酒店, 我14日晚打電話到櫃位要求行李一到便可立即送上房間, 不需作另行通知, 但酒店方溝通不足,打了5,6次才知道到了, 然後請他們送上酒店房, 本來需要2分鐘的時間卻用了20分鐘才送到, 而本人的行李只有3,4公斤重.
7) 808房間只有2X平方米, 有1門在房內職員說是可互通, 但我們既不能使用亦不能打開, 不知道乂何用處. (圖2X平方米)
8) 櫃台女層員極無禮貌, 對我們的反映不理不睬, 每次跟他們講時都會不停打斷我說話, 然後表情語氣極度不耐煩, 聲音愈講愈大想要掩蓋我的聲音, 尾音特別拉長至2秒, 態度極其惡劣! 然後問我們是什麼國藉的人, 並說 : "我們以為你們是印度人呢, 這層都是印度人", 這明顯以人種和國藉將我們區分, 並選擇性提供服務及資源給我們.
我認為這3天發生的事是絕對不能接受並感到受侮辱, 是受到了不公平不公道的對待, 我不知道是你們是有此協議, 還是默許酒店可以如此對待客人, 我由第一天已經傳送電郵到你方反映,但不得其果,完全無人理會, 回應. 至結束整個行程回港致電予你方才有反應, 面於第一次致電期間, 職員要我等待一會, 但無故掛線,我十分失望及憤怒
