As toalhas duras e com cheiro ruim
Diz que é “pet friendly” e vai e cobra um 25% da diária de taxa… te fazem assinar um termo onde diz que não pode deixar o pet no quarto e não tem espaço para pets no café da manhã… ilógico totalmente. #petenemy
Pedi a uma funcionária esquentar água e marquei até onde carregar. Esquentou 3 vezes mais água demorando o triplo. Não tem chaleira elétrica, incrível de novo. Aí encheu tudo. Quando pedi para tirar a água ela entrou na cozinha e murmurou “nossa senhora, que saco”. O funcionário da noite falando baixo e sem graça também. Vi a funcionária guardar mostras do café da manhã para inspeção semanal... Um monte de comida embalada em plástico e que depois se desperdiça segundo confirmou.

A Rede Ibis precisa urgente de reformas. No quarto de Catalão, assim como no de Goiânia, a porta do banheiro não fechava e no de Catalão entrava chuva pela janela, molhando a mesa e o chão.

Pros:

O quarto comporta um casal com uma criança, mas se estiver com muita bagagem, não tem espaço para guardar nada.

Cons:

Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção foi muito pouco educado e atencioso. Corredores do hotel com carpete cheirando a mofo.

Pros:

Do lado da estrada, ótimo para pousos durante viagem, café da manhã muito bom, aceita pet, estacionamento gratuito, instalações com cara de novas, equipe muito simpática. Apesar de ser do lado da estrada, tem boas opções perto. Ao lado tem o Sushi Express, muito bom (para entrega no hotel). Linda vista da imponente igreja à frente.

Cons:

Tudo muito bom. Vale a pena.
