Gostei da limpeza e localização

Cons:

A água quente do chuveiro não estava funcionando, isso é importante em dias chuvosos. Além disso entregam o cartão de acesso ao quarto errado, quando entramos em um quarto já tinha uma pessoa dentro.

Informação não clara acercada cobrança do café da manha (a tarifa escolhida, quando da reserva, não estava expressa quanto ao cafe da manha pago a parte)
Banheiro sujo
Roupa de cama e toalhas velhas, pelo menos para hospedes que reservaram pelo booking, ja que as toalhas e roupas de cama de um casal de amigos, que se hospedaram na mesma data, sem ser pelo aplicativo, estavam novos.
