Well-located Hotel with very friendly staff.
It‘s in a large old building hosting several hotels. Bellmoor is quiet and rooms are not very modern but clean. Breakfast was included. So overall great value.

Eine Renovierung würde dem Hotel gut tun!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wird individuell am Tisch serviert, wofür man etwas mehr Zeit einplanen muss, wenn man es morgens eilig hat. Die Lage war für uns (nach einem Konzert im CCH) perfekt. Im Simmer stand eine Flasche Wasser "for free" - vielen Dank!

Cons:

In dem Hotel ist die Zeit leider stehen geblieben bzw. hat der Zahn der Zeit an der gesamten Ausstattung genagt. Insbesondere das Bad ist sehr klein und gefühlt so alt wie das Haus. Fliesen aus dem letzten Jahrhundert, schimmelige Fugen, dreiteilige Duschtür, bei der auch alle drei Teile einzeln nachgeschoben werden müssen. Der "Fernseher" ist so klein, dass er seinem Namen kaum gerecht wird. Bei über 170 € für eine Nacht darf man eine Ausstattung erwarten, die dem Stand der Technik entspricht.

Küche und Frühstück Zimmer sehr sauber. Ganze Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, trotzdem Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. War sehr nähe vom der Veranstaltungsort wo ich musste.

Cons:

Das Hotel sonst was Sauberkeit betrifft lasse noch viele Wünsche offen. Schmutzige, Fleckige Teppiche, Schimmelnde Geruch obwohl keine Schimmel zum sehen war, Badezimmer nicht so super gereinigt. Viele schmalle Treppen bis zum Zimmer, musste meine Koffer auf dem Korridor auspacken das überhaupt in Zimmer die Koffer tragen kann. Das Internet hat in Zimmer nicht funktioniert, musste immer nähe Rezeption gehen um es zu benutzen. Ganze Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, trotzdem Preisleistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht . Bis zu vierte Stock nur ein sehr kleine, alte Fahrstuhl die sehr langsam war oder die Treppe. Wenn man Bagage hat dann muss wohl lange auf Fahrstuhl warten. Zu teuer für diese Dienstleistung.

Ich war froh wieder nach Hause fahren zu können, dabei liebe ich Hamburg.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Lage ist super.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, das Bad extrem eng.
Das Zimmer und die Möbel verwohnt und abgeranzt. Einrichtung mehr als einfach und lieblos, es gibt nicht einmal ein Bild an der Wand. Viel zu teuer.
