Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, man ist fußläufig im schönen Parkt Planten un blomen und in der Innenstadt. Mehrere Buslinien und die U-Bahn können ebenfalls zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Beim Frühstück wurden unsere individuellen Wünsche erfüllt und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer haben aus meiner Sicht einen Renovierungsstau, dadurch war der Komfort im Badezimmer beeinträchtigt (nur 2-Hebel Armaturen).

Super Hotel, ideal für Kurzurlaub wie z.b. Städtereise.
Pros:

Sauber, gute Betten, Lage gut, ruhig und super nettes Personal! Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas klein. Zum Frühstück hätte ich mir noch Rührei gewünscht und Brotaustrich in Portionsbechern aus Plastik ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Pros:

Hier hat man noch Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern des Hotels. Ich persönlich ziehe eine persönliche Anmeldung an der Rezeption einem elektronischen Anmeldenverfahren vor.
Auch beim Frühstück wird man hier noch sehr nett bedient. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zur S Bahn Dammtor

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit und das Ambiente im Hotel, das Zimmer mit abgewohnten Bausatzmöbeln bestückt und nicht sauber, das Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig aber eintönig,
ich würde es nicht noch einmal buchen

Gutes Haus in zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage nahe Dammtor, freundliches Team, ordentliches Frühstück, gutes WLAN.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine im Zimmer ist schon ungewöhnlich und die Betten empfand ich als eher unbequem. Auf den Fahrstuhl wartet man eine Weile.

Eine durchaus ordentliche Option in Uni-Nähe
Pros:

Hervorragende Lage zur Uni (auch zu Planten un Blomen und Alster, und über Dammtor zu vielen Zielen), ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal; sehr sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung (kein Buffet; ein paar Brötchen und Vollkornbrot; etwas Wurst, Käse, Ei, Marmeladen, Joghurt, etc.) Sauberes Bad.
Das Hotel ist im Prinzip ein (bzw, zwei) Stockwerke im alten Palais, mit einem kleinen Lift.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Ich denke wer hier bucht weiß was man zu erwarten hat - das ist kein modernes Luxushotel. Die Einrichtung ist älter, das Zimmer klein (steht in der Beschreibung), der Einstieg zur Dusche etwas eng. Vermisst habe ich höchstens einen Kühlschrank. Aber im Grunde alles in Ordnung.
