Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück für ein Hotel diese Kategorie absolut in Ordnung. Das Hotel hat eine familiäre Athmosphäre und ein schönes hanseatisches Flair.

Bei der Ankunft roch es ziemlich stark nach Zigarettenrauch

Würde ich wieder buchen, wenn ich kurz in Hamburg bin.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber - das Frühstück war ok - für 1 Nacht in Hamburg würde ich es wieder buchen.

Vriendelijk Personeel!
De deluxe (3-persoonskamers) 1 nacht doorgebracht ivm een bijennest net buiten de kamer.

Cons:

De standaard kamers zijn verouderd. Oude meubels, slechte afwerking. Geen airconditioning, geen verduisterende gordijnen. Matrassen waarbij de veren voelbaar zijn. Niet van deze tijd. Geen koffie/thee faciliteiten. Enkel handzeep op de badkamer. Mede door dit alles een slechte prijs/kwaliteit.
