Cosy welcomg mountain chalet vibe right in Sapporo.
Pros:

I love the concept of the hotel as a cosy mountain chalet. Walking into the reception area and smelling aromatherapy was such a lovely welcome. The staff were kind, professional and helpful. I felt welcome and at ease immediately. It felt cosy. The rooftop bar had an outdoor area, you can even roast marshmallows. I love having breakfast delivered to the door. It’s my first time seeing a toaster that warms and humidifies the bread, very cool! I am so grateful that the hotel agreed to make a vegan vegetable soup for breakfast, thank you kindly. I really appreciated their accommodations. The room was spacious, relaxing and welcoming.

Cons:

If the restaurant had soy cheese for their pizzas, I would have stayed for dinner. That would have been great because it was a cool, rainy, windy night in Sapporo. Similar idea about the cafe at reception, if there was a plant based milk for the coffees and scones/cookies that were milk/egg free I would have spent money there too. It looked good.

In room 506, either the mattress needs replacing or the box spring is broken in the middle. It sinks quite low. Stuff gets used and needs replacing, it happens in all hotels. I ended up sleeping closer to the edge of the bed and still had a good sleep. I don’t want to take away anything from the hotel or staff, I would stay here again. :)

都会とは思えない体験
Pros:

ルーフトップバーが最高でした。宿泊者は無料でワイン、マシュマロなどのスナックを頂くことができ、バー内にある焚き火を囲んで食べられます。まさか都会で焼きマシュマロができるなんて、楽し過ぎました。
また、各お部屋まで運んでくれる朝食も海外のようでわくわくしましたし、美味しかったです。

Pulizia ottima, camere spaziose e personale gentilissimo!
Pros:

Colazione con zuppa calda e pane, particolare ma molto buona. Ottima accoglienza, per la nostra luna di miele ci hanno offerto un bicchiere di vino!

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities!
Pros:

Location close to subway stop, rooftop bar had free wine tasting for happy hour, nice room, extremely friendly staff. Beautifully decorated. Fire pit on rooftop. The reception area was nice.

Cons:

Part of my window had a board covering and I couldn’t see out.

Ciekawa opcja noclegu
Pros:

Czysto, duży pokój, jest wszystko, czego potrzebujesz. Dobra lokalizacja, dobre wifi, pomocna obsługa, wygodne łóżko, pokoje są dość dobrze wyciszone.

Cons:

Check in jest uciążliwy (musisz samodzielnie wypełnić formularz na tablecie, gdzie układ/ funkcje na klawiaturze są ułożone/ działają inaczej, niż jesteśmy przyzwyczajeni). Jedzenie na śniadanie jest dobre, ale nie każdemu służy (jednego dnia była zupa gulaszowa, drugiego - zupa cebulowa). Obydwie zupy były dla mnie zbyt ciężkostrawne.

Familiäres Hotel in metronaher Lage
Pros:

Das UNWIND HOTEL in Sapporo will anders sein und schafft das auch. Bereits beim Eintritt wirkt es fast familiär und warm. bedingt durch die Jahreszeit (September) war die Klimaanlage noch nicht auf heizen gestellt, aber man konnte zumindest die Zwangskühlung abschalten. Es spricht für das Hotel, das man sich de Problems bewusst war und uns einen Heizlüfter und eine dicke Überdecke für das Bett gab. Das Fenster ließ sich gut abdunkeln, Zimmer und Bad waren typische klein. Die "Weinprobe" und das offene Feuer waren ein nettes Gimmick, kommen bei Temperaturen über 20 Grad aber besser.
Dafür fanden wir die Idee mit der Suppe die jeden Morgen in einem kleinen Körbchen vor der Tür stand als Frühstück nicht nur originell, sondern auch ausgesprochen schmackhaft. Es gibt sogar einen Minigrill im Zimmer.
Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel weil die kleinen Lampen in der Decke eingelassen sind. Bei unserer Ankunft brachte ich eine defekte Birne an die Rezeption und bat um Auswechslung im Laufe des Tages. Das war aber nach vier Tagen noch immer nicht geschehen.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Stundenhotels, was NICHT abwertend gemeint ist (Japan).

Cons:

Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer und wärmer sein können.
