日本には珍しくノイズの少ない部屋でリラックス
Pros:

リラックスするのにちょうどいいサービスとインテリア、設備。宿泊者限定のフリーワインとマシュマロは、屋上の開放感と焚き火、エクステリアと相乗効果で満足度高い。

Cons:

服を掛ける場所が少なかったので、雨に濡れた服の掛け場所に少し困りました。

A place that combine hotel and lodge that makes you feel home
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. We really appreciated the person at the reception who helped us with a lot of questions. She was very friendly.
We also liked the welcome drink we got at the arrival.
And the bar on the top floor was really cosy, we couldn’t do the terrace because of the weather but there are free drinks before 5PM and some reduced price/happy hour in the evening.

Cons:

Small breakfast, too little for my son who is 11 and myself.

Really nice cosy night stay.
Pros:

The wood lodge atmosphere was great, great big bed was amazing, and that you get soup and bread delivered to your room for breakfast was good. Jammies was comfortable.

Cons:

There was not enough wardrobe or hanging place , or dedicated area for your luggage.

こちらのホテルを選ばせていただきました。
対応してくださいました、男性の方の対応とても素敵でした。ですが、、、
チェックイン時にフロント横に居ました金髪の若い女性に、まずは挨拶ではなく、チラチラ睨まれ首につけているネックレスを見ながら、、睨みつけられたりと無愛想な感じで残念でした。お金払ってまで睨まれるのは、こちらとしては面白くはありません。
クチコミでは、フロントの方もにこやかで丁寧に対応してくださり、好印象。と書かれていました。が。
札幌に来てチェックイン時にこんなに嫌な気持ちになるとは思いませんでした。
毎月1～2回札幌へ来ますが
もう二度と宿泊しません。
誰にもおすすめする事もできません。
本当に本当に残念です。

Pros:

The breakfast was so delicious!! Homemade soup that changes daily along with crusty fresh bread gets delivered to your door every morning, and there's a small oven for you to heat the bread up in your room. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Pros:

There are many excellent hotels in Sapporo, but this one stands out because of the little extras.

The welcome is more personal than usual, making you feel at home straight away. Instead of a large breakfast buffet, they serve a delicious soup with fresh baguette, delivered to your room in the morning. In the late afternoon, guests can enjoy a complimentary drink with a small snack on the rooftop terrace.

These thoughtful touches make this hotel a place we would happily stay at again.

Cons:

We would have appreciated being able to open the window a little for some fresh air. Also, the drink served with breakfast could be a bit larger.
