Zimmer entspricht nicht den Fotos, sieht anders aus
Cons:

Küche hat keinen Ofen, wlan schwach, Toilette wie Schlafzimmer nicht genug gereinigt. Zudem Kontakt am Telefon unfreundlich, sodass man sich nicht richtig aufgehoben fühlte. Das Zimmer weicht von den Fotos ab und hat eine andere Einrichtung.

Der Check-in eine Katastrophe, keine Rezeption, Zimmer nicht beschriftet.
Die Lage ist okay, 👍 Frühstück gibt‘s um die Ecke.
Vor der Anreise einmal anrufen und den Tür- und Schlüsselcode erfragen.

Pros:

Bis auf den Boden war alles sauber und gepflegt. Es hatte den Eindruck, dass nicht gesaugt wurde. Bett und Bad war frisch und sauber. Im allen war der Aufenthalt ok.

Ruim apt vlakbij openbaar vervoer
Pros:

Ruim en net appartement vlakbij bus en metro. Prima uitvalbasis voor een bezoek aan de Sporthalle (ong 30 min enkele reis). Parkeren kon op straat, gratis, voor de deur. Check-in verliep ook soepel. Appartement was ruim, comfortabel en redelijk netjes. De weg is erg druk dus met het raam open slapen = herrie. Verder waren we tevreden.

It is suitable if you don't plan to spend a lot of time inside. We used it just for sleep.
Pros:

There were two rather spacious rooms, small but functional kitchen and small bathroom. The location is not bad. It is situated not far from big transport station Barmbek. The staff didn't describe exact place were I could park my car. I parked it nearby on the street (at Pfenningsbusch 37-27) and there weren't any problems.

Cons:

Photos didn't correspond to real apartments. Sound insolation is bad and you can hear neighbors. My wife complained about smoke smell. TV in one room didn't work (it had some malfunction with screen)

Nice bedroom, great price range

Cons:

The kitchen and bathroom were not on par with the bedroom.
Had problems checking in, since the keys were not in place and took me an hour before I reached the reception on the telephone number

Pros:

Personal war am Telefon sehr freundlich, schickte die PINs für Eingang Safe Box für den Schlüssel per SMS. Sonst war kein Kontakt.
Achtung Gäste mit Sehschwäche: die Zahlen am Zahlenschloss der Safebox sind schwer zu erkennen.
Die Unterkunft ist sauber und entspricht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Möbel und knarrendes Laminat - naja, aber man ist ja eh unterwegs. Schön: es gibt eine kleine Küche. Etwas gestört haben mich nachts die Raucher und lauten Telefonierer im Hof.
Tip: Im Frühstückscafe Bartels um die Ecke sollte man rechtzeitig reservieren

The photos of the room advertised on booking.com bear absolutely no resemblance to the room I was given. There was limited availability in Hamburg and hotels were priced accordingly, but despite the price of Euro500 for 1 night I chose Boarding House Mundsburg because of the photos - The room/bed looked OK/nice and I was only staying 1 night on business. It definitely wasn't ok and certainly not for Euro500 night! That is plain and simply false advertising and I will not be using Booking.com in the future.
