Ok, zum reinen Übernachtem.
Pros:

Wir hatten für eine ÜN als Familie gebucht und hatten v.a. Auf den Preis geschaut. Dafür war es auch ok.

Cons:

Über die Schwelle des einen Zimmers fungiert ein Kabel als Stolperfalle. Da muss man echt aufpassen, dass es einen da nicht entschärft. Duschvorhang ist natürlich auch nicht mehr Stand

Die Betten sind in Ordnung, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber.

Cons:

Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, diese Wohnung als Ferienwohnung anzubieten.
Die Küche ist NICHT NUTZBAR, dreckig, der Kühlschrank nicht gesäubert, Essensreste drin, extrem übelriechend.
Zum Abwischen gab es nur ein ungereinigtes Schwammtuch, keine Wischtücher. Der TV funktionierte nicht, der Föhn ebenfalls nicht. Das Treppenhaus ist nicht gesäubert, die Haustür soll mit code geöffnet werden, ist aber immer offen. Die Vermieter waren nicht erreichbar. Wir wollten 14 Uhr einchecken, trafen ZUFÄLLIG Personen, die den Vermieter kontaktiert haben und uns den Schlüssel der Wohnung gaben. DANACH erhielten wir 14.26 Uhr die Email mit den Zugangsdaten. Die Wohnung ist extrem laut und man muss nachts die Fenster schließen. Bei der Buchung könnte man mitteilen, dass die Wohnung in der 4.Etage liegt.

The personal was out fast offering something else due to a water damage in a room they have to fix.

It was mentioned as none smoking, but for sure we all could smell that there has been smoking in the apartment!
Refrigiator is very noisy. ALso noise from street entire night!

het was raar, tot twee keer toe niets gevonden in de booking app. maar via booking.com deze locatie wel gevonden.
zeker de tweede boeking was erg goedkoop en wat we kregen was echt heel goed. prima dus!

Cons:

Die Wohnung war als Nichtraucherwohnung angegeben (entsprechende Aufkleber an den Türen). Es hat alles nach Rauch gerochen und auf den Fensterbänken standen noch Eierbecher mit kalter Asche. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber und in der Toilette klebten Haare auf der Klobrille. Ebenso war der Hausflur sehr dreckig.

Pros:

Zimmer waren geräumig und soweit in einen zufriedenstellenden Gesamtzustand. Wir dachten eigentlich laut den Fotos eine komplett eingerichtete Küche gebucht zu haben.
Leider war nur unzureichend Geschirr und kein Kafffefilter Sieb vorhanden. Das Zimmer war an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster schützen aber total vor dem Auto-Lärm. Zu Bahnhof mit U-Bahn und Bus waren es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß

Cons:

Küche war ohne Tisch, Stühle und wenig Geschirr.

Pros:

Le personnel était gentil

Cons:

La saleté des Ustensiles de cuisine, la chambre sentait la poussière, on a acheté nous même le déodorant pour l’appartement. Le lit se déplaçait comme il veut, la chaleur il y’a pas de ventilateur. A notre arrivée le premier jour c’était dégoûtant j’ajoute des images en bas.

Die Lage ist nicht gerade toll, das Haus sehr unordentlich, alt, renovierungsbedürftig, laut, da Zimmer zur Strasse gelegen sind. Bei Sommertemperaturen nicht auszuhalten, keine Klima.
Badezimmer sehr eng.
