Bardzo miły personel, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ciekawe przeżycie hotelu w skale 😀. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, bardzo obfite i ze świetnym widokiem. Taras oferuje cudowne widoki.

Cons:

W pokoju było ciemno, co jest charakterystyczne dla hotelu w skale, ale oświetlenie było bardzo słabe. Lekko nieszczelna wanna.

The location was great. We had beautiful views of the baĺloons in the morning. The room was spacious and clean. The owners and staff was kind and attentive. They were kind enough to let us wait at the Hotel till our bus trip the evening. They offered coffee and tea.

Cons:

The coffee/tea in the room was not enough and they should at least have one per person in the morning and evening.

Cons:

Check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes, and the room wasn’t ready on time. For the price, the hotel is acceptable, but if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, it’s better to choose another place.

The ground-floor rooms face an iron gate. During the night and early morning, guests arrive and bang on the gate, which is very loud—I even woke up startled.

It gets a bit quieter in the early morning as movement slows down, but the noise starts again soon after, since many people wake up around 5 a.m. for balloon rides.

C’était parfait !
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et l’accueil ainsi que la proximité des lieux de randonnes et de la station de bus. Le petit déjeuner incroyable !! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The hotel was extremely accessible and was in a very good location, the stay was really comfortable and had all the facilities. However the best thing I liked about this place is the staff, they all were very helpful, friendly and cared for their guests genuinely. I was also offered a lot of teas.

.el personal encantador. El chico de recepción nos ayudaba en TODO. Gracias a él pudimos montar en globo porque nuestra agencia nos lo canceló y el hablo al día siguiente a las 4 de la mañana si alguien se había quedado dormido para que pudiésemos ir nosotras y con las mismas nos despertamos y fuimos.
. El desayuno riquísimo y súper abundante.

Pros:

Het mooie uitzicht vanop de terrassen, het hotel lag afgelegen genoeg om rust te bieden doch centraal genoeg om op 5 minuten op het hoofdplein van de stad te geraken.

Cons:

Ontbijt de eerste dag was iets minder, we waren vermoedelijk de laatste. Er was nog maar 1 personeelslid en toen we na lang wachten nog een drankje gingen vragen (ontbijt is aan tafel gebracht, geen buffetvorm) bleek ze te slapen achter de toog. De dag nadien waren we vroeger aan tafel, waren ze met 2 en was de bediening stukken beter.

Centrale verwarming valt wat tegen als je niet in de zomer komt. Wij waren half april met nog zeer koude temperaturen (max 8 graden overdag, 's nachts tot -2 graden) de centrale verwarming kreeg het niet getrokken. Gelukkig was er een airco om de koude te breken maar dat duurde altijd een hele tijd.

Voor in de zomer lijken me de kamers wel ideaal om fris te blijven.
