Lovely stay!
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location in the town and for watching hot air balloons. They have a lovely rooftop and the breakfast was amazing! The staff were very helpful and helped us book our trips and taxies. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

早餐很棒，店主也很热心，帮我们预定热气球。
Pros:

酒店顶楼平台是早上看气球最棒的点，可以近距离看到热气球，晚上楼顶喝茶聊天也很惬意。住在洞穴，可能会有点暗，但也是一个不错的体验，可以让店家安排两楼的房间。

非常热情，办理入住时给我们送的苹果茶很好喝，为我们预订了两次热气球行程，虽然因为天气原因取消了，不过还是很感谢老板，帮忙预订的摩托车行程很棒。整天的服务态度都很好

Un sejur scurt, dar plin de experiențe frumoase și unice!
Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil unde te ajută cu un plan de călătorie dacă nu ai unul făcut dar și altele precum rezervare pentru diverse activități, curățenie zilnică, răcoare în cameră, rooftop pentru priveliște la prima oră sau final de zi.

Cons:

Lipsește un mini bar pentru răcirea băuturilor.
Trebuie un pic de atenție cu prizele (la baie cel puțin) cam ies din perete.
La mic-dejun un pic cam prea mult dulce (mai exact dulceață), poate nu sunt eu învățat…

Perfect position in goreme, clean and simple. Good value for money. Good breakfast with a warm home feeling thanks to the lady that without knowing a single word of English makes you feel welcome and pampered .

・スタップが親切、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも快く対応してもらえた。
・朝食も種類豊富でボリュームも十分。
・部屋は広く快適！洞窟風ではなくちゃんとした洞窟ルーム。その割にジメジメした感じがなく非常に快適。

Cons:

ドアの建て付けが悪い
部屋の入口、バスルームの入口鍵の開け閉めがやりにくかった。

The staff was very helpful

Cons:

The location was very off, as there is no bell boy or any one to pick up the luggage and climb through from your car to hotel which includes steep and to reach hotel you have to take steps or climb steeps. Parking is very difficult you have to look at many places to find one spot

Kapadokya stay
Pros:

Khan is the guy to go to. He explained everything you need to know about Kapadokya, it was really a pleasure. The breakfast is really a traditional Turkish one. 10 out of 10, I recommend.
Svi koji su iz Hrvatske preporucujem vam ovdje nocenje, sve cete dobiti, prelijep pogled na balone imate, Khan je predobra osoba koja ce vam sve objasniti sto trebate znati o Kapadokiji. Topla preporuka.

Great attention to the tourist an LOT of support with anything we asked!
Pros:

Location was EXCELENT! Breakfast was a traditional one for them I consider Good, services from the ladies was great. The Stam was WONDERFUL the manager wait for us late night for our arriving A+. He show us the area and contact the tours in our language for us!

Just little bit of cleaning detailing in little things!

Great views of the hot air balloon from here
Pros:

The view from the room top was great. Location was accessible and all distance.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a rotational breakfast menus especially if you are staying there for 2 or more days. I understand it’s cave hotel the bathroom smells mouldy and need through deep clean of walls. Pillows need to be 2 big pillows per bedding. Some fixtures need to be updated. Outdoor cushions need to be cleaned or replaced.
