The hotel is amazing! The cave/stone rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, there is an amazing rooftop, great breakfast, perfect location very close to Goreme’s downtown, and our host Khan was very friendly and gave us nice tips about the region!
The only thing I missed is that I thought there was a public pool in the hotel because of the pictures, but the pool is inside a specific room

Café da manhã achei tarde (8:30), mas dá tudo certo em relação aos passeios. O café da manhã é servido na mesa, prefiro estilo buffet, pois acho mais higiênico e sem desperdícios. O quarto no geral e chuveiro são ótimos, mas o box não é inteiro e o banheiro fica todo molhado após o banho.

Siamo stati accolti dallo scarico del bagno non funzionante. Dopo due giorni è stato sistemato. Ci siamo affidati all'albergo per i tour della zona, ma ci siamo resi conto che i loro prezzi erano mediamente più alti.

It was very clean and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. You get to see the balloons up so close. And the cave atmosphere of the hotel was just amazing. I definitely like that a lot.
I wish breakfast could have been a little better. The food was usually reheated and served. It would have been nice if it was fresh.
