OYO The Arch, Wembly Stadium

Det mindste værelse, jeg nogensinde har boet på. Der var desværre meget beskidt med gamle spindelvæv og generelt meget snusket. Der var ingen garderobe eller skabe, som beskrevet. Der var ingen aircondition, men en gammel bordventilator, som var fyldt med meget gammelt og ulækkert støv.
På badeværelset var der ikke lys over håndvasken/ved spejlet, så det var umuligt at lægge makeup.
Prisen for den ene overnatning var alt for høj, ift. hvor snusket og lille værelset var.
Kommer IKKE ikke til at booke dette sted igen, selv om beliggenheden var perfekt ift. Wembley Stadium.

Room was quite small but was perfect for one person, the lack of air con during the heatwave was rough, they had put 2 fans in my room which was a nice touch, unfortunately they were so dusty they didn't do a great job and I had to leave early in the AM as the heat was making me feel sick.

On arrival in 30+degree heatwave, the heating was on in the bathroom and both tap & shower were set to scolding hot, no cold water at all. Asked at reception who said they’d come to sort, never did. Had to ask again when we got back from our event. No hairdryer in room, tea/coffee not in room only in reception. Bed was really hard & warm to touch-very weird. This hotel, whilst functional and we were thankful to actually have a booking after seeing some other reviews, needs a lot of TLC and features looking at.

The room was overpriced for one night, we had a double bed that had a hard mattress, and hurt to sleep on, im sure the beds in prisons provide more comfort. The room must be above the kitchen area because the heat was unbearable. We had two fans and windows open and it was still too hot to sleep in. There was no hairdryer or coffee/tea making facilities. The bedside lamps provided were flickering on and off, im sure they were ready to blow up so we unplugged them for safety. We paid £250 for one night, this was ridiculously overpriced due to a harry styles concert, otherwise i would not have paid that much money to sleep somewhere so substandard!

During our stay there was disturbance on the street from someone being arrested and also the bed was rock solid

LA PULIZIA!!! IL PREZZO!!! Arrivata alla reception alle 11:30 e mi hanno detto che la stanza non era pronta. Il ragazzo alla reception ha chiamato l’addetto alle pulizie che è corso verso la mia stanza con un aspirapolvere, poi è tornato dopo due minuti dicendo che era pronta. Io voglio sperare che abbia cambiato anche le lenzuola, copri cuscino e asciugamani, ma non ho tante speranze. Letto pieno di capelli e peli. Asciugamani stropicciati. Pulizia nella doccia inesistente, piena di gocce di calcare e macchie marroni. Per non parlare dell’odore in camera che emanava la moquette se tenevo la finestra chiusa… ha decisamente visto giorni migliori. Inoltre, impossibile fare la doccia per via della temperatura dell’acqua - non si poteva cambiare la temperatura, si poteva solo usare a temperatura Inferno. Il prezzo era alto per via del concerto, ma comunque non giustificabile. Non ci tornerei nemmeno per una notte, anche se a 15 minuti a piedi dallo stadio.

The receptionist was outside at the time of our entry and came in behind us + no one at the reception when checking out.
Bed very noisy ( everytime moved the bed creeked)
The TV kept going from normal volume to very low volume a lot of times
