OYO The Arch, Wembly Stadium

No AC but there's a fan provided.

We didn’t expect a great deal for the price but the bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a kettle or a hairdryer in our room (as it stated there was) and the water from the shower was really hot even though the thermostat was turned right round to cold

Hard beds, ridiculously expensive for what it is - literally just two beds with a tiny bathroom. From seeing other reviews now, I actually think I was lucky - lots of people had their bookings cancelled but weren’t told about it. I reckon they are basically scammers who cancel early bookings and give them to people who book later at a higher price.

No air con but couldn’t be helped. We had a fan which was nice.

There was damp mold in the bathroom
No slip mat in the shower
An excessive amount of people in the court yard stopping us from being able to get to our room
The football match was on and the people watching were screaming shouting and banging causing little to no sleep we couldnt have the windows open during a heatwave due to how loud it was outside.
The customer service is terrible, we were told there were 24 hour access to tea and coffee yet the milk and tea was never refilled even when asked which was quite difficult due to nobody being around to talk to about any issues we had.

The hot tap on the shower didn't work.

Maybe the prices are a little to high but I guess its like that anywhere you go now adays

We were really worried after booking as we'd seen reviews of peoples rooms being cancelled on concert days but thankfully we were ok for Harry Styles but the hotel definitely need to address this!

The bed was uncomfortable, there were mysterious stains and hairs in and on the bed, the lamps did not work, it was dirty

Det mindste værelse, jeg nogensinde har boet på. Der var desværre meget beskidt med gamle spindelvæv og generelt meget snusket. Der var ingen garderobe eller skabe, som beskrevet. Der var ingen aircondition, men en gammel bordventilator, som var fyldt med meget gammelt og ulækkert støv.
På badeværelset var der ikke lys over håndvasken/ved spejlet, så det var umuligt at lægge makeup.
Prisen for den ene overnatning var alt for høj, ift. hvor snusket og lille værelset var.
Kommer IKKE ikke til at booke dette sted igen, selv om beliggenheden var perfekt ift. Wembley Stadium.

Room was quite small but was perfect for one person, the lack of air con during the heatwave was rough, they had put 2 fans in my room which was a nice touch, unfortunately they were so dusty they didn't do a great job and I had to leave early in the AM as the heat was making me feel sick.
