Хороший отель, хороший персонал, завтраки разнообразные очень вкусно, одним словом все хорошо

Cons:

С уборкой есть проблема приходят за уборкой вечером когда ты возвращаешься что соответственно не удобно просто брал воду и приходилось отказываться от уборки все 3 дня проживания

Остались очень хорошие впечатления от проживания в гостинице. Номер был чистый, уютный и комфортный, приятно находиться. Отдельно хочу отметить душевую — стеклянная если вы с кем-то будет немного неудобно.

Также посетил тренажёрный зал — в целом понравилось, атмосфера классная. Единственный минус — было бы намного лучше, если бы там добавили кулер с водой.

Отдельная благодарность персоналу: на ресепшене девушке Айтолкын и в ресторане Николаю — возникали вопросы, всё подробно объяснили, были очень вежливы и внимательны. В целом персонал отличный, создаёт приятное впечатление о гостинице.

С удовольствием остановился бы здесь снова.

Pros:

Уютная гостиница в центре города. Стоит своих денег. Здание и номера не новые, но и не ушатанные. Завтраки вполне сытные, кофе на месте, бар 24/7.

Cons:

На ресепшн люди невнимательны: при выселении оказалось, что мои документы не готовы, хотя накануне я несколько раз напоминал о них. Проживал 08-10 марта 2026.
