Très bon séjour en famille à Bruxelles

Pros:

Pedimos que nos guardaran el equipaje unas 3 horas después del check out, y lo hicieron sin ningún costo.

Cons:

Hubo que hacer un depósito de 100 euros, que no lo especifican antes de hacer la reservación.
Me parece que si hubiera sabido que hay que dejar un depósito de 100 euros, no hubiera tomado la decisión de reservar.

El depósito de lo devuelven sin problema después del check out. Pero es algo que no sabes con anterioridad.

Worst place ever , wouldn’t ever go back.
Pros:

The apartment was okay but without the facilities mentioned, some of them were missing as one of them was hair dryer.

Cons:

There was no parking around, when i booked the hotel through booking.com i been told its a private parking, but there wasn’t one and been told by hotel staff its for 25€ one night parking nearby in a garage.
Also everyone outside was druggies all over on the street been told upon asking several persons this area isn’t safe and we felt the same, not a family place to live and walk around, worst place ever. Also upon arrival been asked to deposit 100€ for nothing, and i believe its all unfair and totally violated the policies of booking.com as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
