Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Nous étions dans un bungalow découverte, très propre, spacieux, ménage fait tous les jours, il y a un petit frigo ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La piscine est magnifique avec un bar , transats et serviettes à disposition. L'endroit est bien entretenu avec végétation. Très belle plage avec transats également compris dans le prix de l'hébergement, eau très claire. Personnel très agréable à l'accueil.

Cons:

Restauration médiocre le soir, beaucoup de plats proposés mais la qualité n'y est pas, crudités identiques tous les soirs. Il faudrait réduire le choix et faire de la qualité plutôt que de la quantité...La salle est très grande mais les tables sont trop proches les unes des autres. Certains soirs pas d'animations quel dommage !
Sinon le petit déjeuner est très bien et copieux, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
Personnel sympathique.
Vue sur mer très agréable.

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Everything else is a complete disappointment.

The bungalows and rooms are extremely basic and outdated. The bathroom feels like it belongs in a military barracks — uncomfortable and poorly maintained.

Wi-Fi is practically unusable — the network is overloaded, and you simply cannot connect. At the same time, the thick walls block mobile internet, so you’re left without any connection at all.

The staff operate at their own pace, which effectively means no sense of urgency or care. Service is slow and indifferent.

After check-out, we asked for a day pass to use the beach, pool, and restaurant. The price quoted for two adults and a 5-year-old child was €200 — more expensive than the room itself, where all of this is already included. Completely unreasonable.

Management is the biggest issue here. Zero flexibility, zero willingness to solve problems, and no effort to compensate or even acknowledge the inconvenience. This lack of basic understanding of guest needs only makes the experience worse.

Overall, very poor value for money and a frustrating stay. Definitely not recommended.

Pros:

L'hotel est au milieu d'un jardin tropical très joli (dépaysement assuré), il a une belle plage et le petit déjeuner est très complet.

Cons:

Le dinner ne vaut pas vraiment la peine (on a payé 330 euros par nuit en demi-pension, ce que je trouve assez chère pour un hotel 3 étoiles).
Quand on a fait le check out quelq'un nous avaient mis 4 cocktails planteur sur la note de notre chambre. L'erreur a été corrigé sans problème mais je pense que l'hotel devrait mieux controller les consommations et numéros de chambres des hôtes.

Man muß das Hotel im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften sehen. Für 3 Sterne bietet das Hotel das entsprechende Niveau. Vorteile sind die günstige Rate für die Halbpension, die direkte Lage am Meer mit einem flach abfallendem Sandstrand und die phantastische Gartenanlage. Die Bungolaws sind geräumig.

Cons:

Der Frühstückssaal hat den Flair einer lauten Bahnhofshalle. Aufgrund der "offenen" Architektur, die zu hohe Temperaturen eindämmt, bietet sie auch genügend Möglichkeiten für ornithologische Studien. V. a. die Antillengrackel hat sich darauf spezialisiert beim Frühstüch allein gelassene Teller zu plündern. Einerseits lustig, andererseits hygienisch nicht unbedenklich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber ohne große Abwechslung, aber auf einem guten Niveau. Das Abendessen lässt meine Frau und mich zu unterschiedlichen Ergebnissen kommen: Sie liebt Fisch, den gab es reichlich, und er war gut (laut Expertise meiner Frau), ich mag keinen Fisch. Die Fleischspeisen waren eher mittelmäßig (falls Rind, dann zäh, ebenso Schweinefleisch). Die Betten im Bungolow sind niedrig, ich hätte mir höhere und noch härtere Betten gewünscht

Joli hôtel, avec beaucoup de verdure et un accès direct à la plage, avec serviette et transat.
