Pros:

Location was good. It was great that it was pet friendly. Decent breakfast. Most of the staff was kind.

Cons:

Not worth $240 a night. Bed hurt my back. Joe at the front desk just seemed like he did not want to be there.

Great hotel, Comparable prices
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and shuttle was great! We enjoyed our short stay here and the free continental breakfast is a nice added bonus.

Cons:

There is nothing that stood out to us that we did not like.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

We stay here once a year during the Home & Garden Show and we love the hotel, the property, and the staff. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfy.

Cons:

The fitness room was having malfunctions with the key, but when mentioned to the front desk, they helped us get in very quickly.

Good for an overnight stay near the airport.
Pros:

Shuttle to airport was great and on time. Shuttle is at every 30 minutes. Great breakfast menu, huge seating area. staff is very helpful.

Cons:

Business center was being removed, No printer/computer for work, They said new Hilton policy. Google pictures showed business center which is why I decided to stay there. Light bulbs in the room are very dim.

Clean and it seems like it had a remodel in recent years
Pros:

The location was optimal. Near the airport and shopping centers. I was visiting Oberlin and it was on 20 min away and I believe 10min from down town Cleveland as well as right off of the highway.

Cons:

It was a great accommodation.
