Great staff and facility. Good location close to airport.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn North Olmstead was very average. At first glance the lobby is well kept and looks nice. The first sign that things weren't up to standards was the elevators which broke down multiple times over our stay and didn't work. And even when they did, they moved so slow you were just hoping you wouldn't get stuck.

The room was unimpressive to say the least. Our door was incredibly difficult to open and would never close all the way unless you pulled or pushed it tightly. Once in the room I understand why... There was a massive crack running all the way around the inside of the door jam. While the room was decently clean, the beds weren't all that comfortable.

Breakfast was great and had multiple options and the seating area designed to hold a lot of guests.

All in all... I'd stay again if I had to, but for the money I'd find somewhere nicer next time.

I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because the front desk staff was genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodated a room change for me. However, the initial room had serious issues: a bad odor, a clogged bathroom sink, and stained, unwashed bedding. Furthermore, the toilet seat was completely misaligned and missing a screw cover on one side.
After complaining, I was moved to a second room that didn't smell and had working climate control, which saved the stay from being a total disaster.
The breakfast was another disappointment. At 6:30 AM, options were extremely limited; the egg tray had only 6 or 8 dried-out eggs that looked leftover from the previous day. The light roast coffee was barely warm (likely also from the day before), though the dark roast was at least hot. I give it 2 stars solely because of the helpful staff and the room swap.

Room was fine

Close to many shopping centers, and a friendly front desk.

Unfortunately, the rooms were a different story. Between stains on the blankets to strands of hair in the bathrooms, musty stale air, and a dirty looking bathtub. The rooms felt hastily brushed with no real cleaning.

We spent most our time outside the rooms, and we never returned back to a clean room. By far the worse experience we’ve had at a hotel location.

Location was good. Breakfast was awful. Both days. Need to work on breakfast choices with flavor. For the cost to stay there the breakfast should be better quality.

An extremely positive experience at the Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport. The friendly and professional staff--shoutouts to Jim, Nicole, Morgan, and the breakfast team (sorry I didn't see your name tags)--were a pleasure to meet.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained in both the room and the common areas. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the shuttle to and from the airport was reliable and comfortable. Breakfast was the standard Hampton breakfast.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Great Northern Mall and a variety of other stores and restaurants. Quiet area for a run or a walk.

Only positives about my stay at this Hampton. An excellent choice for a stay near Hopkins Airport or in that part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.

Comfortable, clean, great service, friendly staff.

The front desk attendant, Nicole. She was super sweet and accommodating.

Our room was really clean, the staff was accommodating and pleasant, and the breakfast was great!

The bed was comfortable, liked pool hours, and check out is 12 which is nice. Also Quiet.

Great location, it is near a Walmart, Target, a mall, plenty of restaurants and fast food places within a couple of blocks drive. Good neighborhood, nice and quiet area, had a great nights sleep!

The breakfast was good. The fitness center and pool were open. The staff were friendly. The location is good, near shopping and a park.
