Great hotel, Comparable prices
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and shuttle was great! We enjoyed our short stay here and the free continental breakfast is a nice added bonus.

Cons:

There is nothing that stood out to us that we did not like.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

We stay here once a year during the Home & Garden Show and we love the hotel, the property, and the staff. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfy.

Cons:

The fitness room was having malfunctions with the key, but when mentioned to the front desk, they helped us get in very quickly.

Good for an overnight stay near the airport.
Pros:

Shuttle to airport was great and on time. Shuttle is at every 30 minutes. Great breakfast menu, huge seating area. staff is very helpful.

Cons:

Business center was being removed, No printer/computer for work, They said new Hilton policy. Google pictures showed business center which is why I decided to stay there. Light bulbs in the room are very dim.

Clean and it seems like it had a remodel in recent years
Pros:

The location was optimal. Near the airport and shopping centers. I was visiting Oberlin and it was on 20 min away and I believe 10min from down town Cleveland as well as right off of the highway.

Cons:

It was a great accommodation.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Honestly the only good thing about this place was the bed and the breakfast.

Cons:

The trash from the previous guest their diapers that was left there. The broken tv remote the old tv that didn’t have anything good the only real reason we came was the pool and it was closed yeah I’m not going there ever again.

It was a place to stay but wouldn't recommend...
Pros:

I mean the beds were clean

Cons:

Bathroom smells like mold, conference/kitchen area smells like wet dog. Rude staff. No effort into the breakfast soggy and tossed together like jail food.

We felt comfortable and at ease here and would return again when traveling.
Pros:

Shuffle service was easy and quick. The driver was a true gentleman with a quick smile and helpful hand. He gave your hotel an exemplary first impression. Additionally, all staff were very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Enjoyed it very much.

Cons:

I cant think of anything that needs improvement. We were two sisters traveling together, and we were very comfortable there.
