Pros:

The ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD EACH DAY. THE STUFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.

Good location, but definitely not worth the price due to the cleanliness

Room not being cleaned, there was hair all over the room from the previous person. Breakfast was area was very dirty. The waffle machines had caked on grease from who knows how long ,, and front desk person was very rude during check-in.

The pool was closed temporarily but it was up and running by the end of they day so the kids could swim once.

Pros:

Stayed at this Hampton for one night for a business trip. We were here a year ago around the same time we are pleased to see upgrades to the hotel thank you. Breakfast was good. Front service was pleasant overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Our room was dirty around light switches and door handle for the sliding bathroom door.
It irritated me that we had to pay to park.

Not a place that I would stay at again

Cons:

Hotel was not up to the standard of a medium priced hotel . Hotel was very out dated the carpet in the hallway was coming up in various spots and I tripped twice while go to the room. Wallpaper in my room was coming off the wall and furniture was soiled.

Disappointed in welcome and basic accommodation of needs

Location and general comfort of room, buffet breakfast

Cons:

A welcoming smile from anyone at the front desk would have been appreciated. We had to say hello as we walked by to get anyone to look up OR on most occasions the front desk person was sequestered in the back room and wasn’t even present to greet.

Our third visit and no acknowledgement of repeat visit.

We learned only after we came back late from a long work day to a dirty room and no fresh towels, nor replenished coffee or amenities etc that the hotel policy is to clean only every second day. I asked for at least some clean towels and was told I’d need to come to front desk to pick them up as there was only one person on staff.
