A great convenient stay, tons of space, very dark blackout curtains. I stayed in the streetside unit on the lowest floor, and it was still quite comfortable — a little bit of noise but really not bad given the density of Mexico City. You're a short walk from Roma Norte and Juarez, so there's plenty of exploring around the corner.
The drain for the shower could use a clean-out, as I was left in a little bit of a puddle by the end of my shower. I'm sure the staff would have sorted it but I was only in the hotel for one night.
Spacious and well furnished apartment. We enjoyed staying here during our 5 nights and the reception and cleaning staff are friendly. The area is safe and there are a lot of options for food and drink.

Loved how big our room was and the big sliding glass doors looking out to the city. (Ask for a room opposite the street.) We had mentioned we were celebrating a special birthday & the staff kindly gifted us balloons and a nice bottle of wine. We had dinner one night near the Sheraton and brunch one morning at The Four Seasons… both are any easy walk from MX. We also walked to the Polanco area and the Cathedral one different days. It’s a good walk (maybe 2.5 mi) but it was safe and interesting and faster than an Uber as traffic is nuts. We hired a car for a day to take us to the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe which was the purpose of our trip. We would stay at MX again for the this type of room at the price. It was a good deal. We didn’t mind paying for the coffee pods in the morning.
Towels were a little tired looking. But bed and pillows were super comfortable. And it was quiet at night.
