Cons:

No glass door in shower place. Everytime you shower, entire bathroom would be flooded
Almost slipped a few times.

This is the fourth time I have stayed. Disappointing that the main public space was closed
Pros:

Breakfast: they had difficulty bringing me a pot of tea with a jug of cold milk on the side

Cons:

NOWHERE - booking.com, hotel website, restaurant/bar info for Purulia - is there the notice that the rooftop is CLOSED. This is the key public space in the hotel - large, clean, airy, with good bar and also food menu.
Insead, the hotel's bar room is dark, depressing, with very loud music and it's outside terrace is carpeted with cigarette buts. REVOLTING

Very good stay, parents loved here.
Pros:

1) Very good location - lots of shops and restaurants outside the hotel
2) Hotel is well maintained, and very clean rooms. Air conditioning is superb.
3) Room service is also very good
4) Good buffet breakfast
5) Excellent staff.

Cons:

There are a lot if pigeons outside the hotel, and they can be seen bathing in the swimming pool. Pigeon poo is very hazardous to health, and the hotel management need to address this urgently. I would not recommend swimming in the pool in the current scenario

Pros:

Although located within a shopping mall in the heart of the city, the general ambience once you enter the hotel is nice. Staff are helpful. The food in the restaurant is good.

My third stay while working with RKVM children's schools nearby and I'll be back in 2025!
Pros:

Everything, but perhaps most of all the exceptionally kind, helpful and thoughtful staff.
We also loved being able to sit out on the rooftop for drinks and supper after our very long work days. And it was well worth having the deluxe club room with its sit-out with table and chairs, and a light for evening reading.

Cons:

We were a little bit sad that the swimming pool was not as sparkling clean as the promotional photo promised, so we could not take a swim.
Why did the tea in the restaurant taste odd? Is it the water purifier? It tasted fine when we brewed a cup in our room.
