I was expecting something better by the pictures, when I got there it wasn't that great. It's OK, you get what you paid.
ビジネス1泊のみだが、夜遅くのチェックインの際にフロントに数名の客がいたが、コンシェルジュらしき人含めてスタッフが機敏に対応してくれてよかった。ホテル自体は比較的新しく（できて3年程度？）なので清潔感は保たれている。空港からは高速やバイパス道路使い、その降り口すぐに、あるため30分弱で着けてアクセスもいい。朝食は期待したほどではなく、もうひとつレベルを上げてほしい気がしたが、価格がリーズナブルであり全体的に良かった。周囲はあまり見れていないが少し繁華街からは離れていると感じられた。
주변에 쇼핑이나 음식점이 적음, 공항과 가까우며 출장숙박으로 추천함.
Very nice room and service, also big gym centre
2回目の利用ですが、シャワーのホースの根本からお湯が漏れだしておりシャワーがまともに使えない。ルームサービスを利用したが、頼んだメニューが今日はできないからと言う理由で何の断りも無く違うメニューが来た。ビールを2本頼んだが1本は冷えていたが、1本は何処に置いてあったのか暖かい状態でもってきた。部屋に置いてあるお茶のティーバックの外袋がくしゃくしゃでも平気で置いてある。設備は良いが、サービス最悪。
Best value hotel! I had doubt before I checked in as I have been booking 5star hotels. But it was definitely beyond my expectations. Great! Will come back again.

飛機誤了二個小時午夜才到二位女接待人員馬上幫我們辨好入住手績並且升到行政套房禮賓部的黃威在沒有証件下也幫忙訂了三陝郵輪並且請了兩天假陪我們玩遍武漢很難得的年輕人尤其我們都是上了年紀的人很開心感謝玩得盡興值得誇獎

最新の豪華なホテル。16階建て？くらい。地下鉄の出口Aからは遠くないのだが、ホームからAまでが信じられないくらい歩く。ショッピング街ではあるが。ホテルの近くには、スーパーマーケットや味千ラーメン、ケンタッキー、中国のファーストフード店などの入ったショッピングモールがある。
Hotel staff multilingual, friendly and helpful. Front desk personnel intuitive. Manager "Brian" especially helpful in communicating and coordinating for me during my stay!
