A liitle dust is present but almost negligible.
Looks nice from outside…
Tiny room, dbl bed against wall, no table space! Glass everywhere, loo not private, basically in the bedroom. All a bit mean. Asked for second towel, it never arrived. 2 small bottles of water given daily. No water dispenser like our cheaper friendlier hotels offered.
All top and no petticoat! Room staff nice. Reception not very warm which is unusual for Philippines..
Always feel taken cared of with Justine and Jean at the frontdesk.

Staff were friendly and the location was convenient
The room didn’t feel clean & as others have mentioned the walls are very thin, thankfully people didn’t quieted down before bed. I was also eaten alive by some type of bugs/mosquitos
I liked the hotel’s location and found the price reasonable for the area. It was convenient for getting around and close to many places.
However, there were a few downsides. The hotel requested a deposit for incidentals, even though the room did not have a minibar, which felt unnecessary. Also, the air conditioning in the lobby areas was poor, making those spaces uncomfortable at times.
Overall, the stay was decent mainly because of the location and price, but the issues with the deposit policy and lobby AC could be improved.
Customer service is very good.
