Nothing much
The location is good, and easy to get to places. The room is clean and compact which is good enough for one.
Walls are thin and can hear the next door neighbour, so conscientious of making noises.
Close to coffee shops and few restaurant. 24/7 reception and security. 👍🏼
The basement parking area feels unsafe like in a horror movie and needs significant improvement. The toilet and shower space is extremely small and uncomfortable, and the bathroom door is not lockable. The other lift is not working every morning. Acoustics is not good as well. You will always hear your neighbors’ voice especially at night.

The room has a mini fridge that will not cool properly. Staff replaced my room fridge with a newer version on request. Keep in mind that if if you have food items that needs to be kept frozen they don’t have a freezer. I’ve stayed at other facility where they have a freezer and staff will keep it for you. Also, bathroom towels provided were old and not in condition anymore. People come in go in the reception area, security isn’t as tight as I thought.
