Never again!
Pros:

Small property that serves the purpose of a quick stay. The restaurant staff were really good.

Cons:

The reception staff. We checked in at the time of flight cancellations. One of the guests could not make it, the reception refused to cancel the booking even knowing the situation( it was all over the news) additionally forced us to provide the ID of the guest who did not arrive. At the end we paid for the room and left it vacant! It was a one night stay so I did not have the time to escalate.

Not up to standard

Staff were generally OK. But at checkin, there was an issue to get a second key card, specially with three of us staying at the hotel in the same room.

In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were not up to the mark expected for a 5 star hotel, and specially for a Marriot Bonvoy.

They wanted to first put us in a smoking room which we declined. We were put in a non smoking room but somehow the smoke smell would come up into our room.

Carpets on the floors in the passages were really dirty and have looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years. The cleanliness in the room also was not up to standard. Mugs were dirty, towels were stained. The spare bed provided was torn and the sheets were stained. Had to request for these to be changed.

For the price paid, and the brand name attached, this was not the level expected, having stayed at Mariott Bonvoy hotels in other cities in India during our trip.

Pros:

Disgusted that my Booking was cancelled on the pretext the Credit Card did not work. I ensured I deposited sufficient funds for the booking. I booked with another 5 Star hotel with the same card and it was accepted. Unacceptable service.

Если вы не собираетесь спать по ночам и вам пофиг на громкую музыку которая будет мешать спать - welcome
Pros:

Было чисто! Персонал дружелюбный.

Cons:

Музыка каждую ночь в ресторане снизу мешает спать. Этот ресторан при отеле, поэтому, я не понимаю такой тупости. Зачем вы позволяете ресторану до 3-5 утра во всю включать музыку? Это же портит впечатление о вашем отеле самим гостям, которые хотят расслабиться.
