I am extremely disappointed with the post-stay experience.
Following my stay from 12–13 June 2026, I am still awaiting a refund of INR 11,866.75. I have made numerous attempts to contact the hotel by phone and email, but my calls are not being answered and my emails have gone unanswered.
The lack of communication is as concerning as the delayed refund itself. Guests should not have to chase a property repeatedly for money that is rightfully owed to them.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this property based on my experience with their customer service and handling of refunds.
