Bel emplacement pour cet hôtel confortable
Pros:

Hôtel très central à proximité de la cathédrale et de nombre bars ou restaurants
Les chambres sont spacieuses
Le petit déjeuner est plutôt copieux
Le personnel est souriant

Cons:

Petit manque de charme et d’accessoires de confort (savon, chaussons, bloc note, stylo…)

Pros:

Wir verbrachten 1 Nacht in de. schönen und zentral gelegenen Hotel. Hotelausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstückbuffet war außergewöhnlich gut. Tolle Auswahl, von allem etwas.
Wir würden wiederkommen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag zur Hauptverkehrsstrasse. Wir haben von Samstag auf Sonntag übernachtet, daher war der Morgen sehr ruhig. Unter der Woche
kann es bestimmt gut laut werden.

This hotel are thieves: they charge you twice !!!! Never happened in past 15 years

Stay was ok; payment not

Cons:

I had many issues with invoice: hotel was already paid via credit card(as mentioned by booking.com) and hotel maid a second invoice. In total I had to pay twice. Even when mentioning to person on desk that I had paid it already he didn't believe me. Also via mail to hotel I couldn't get the money back. NOT FAIR AT ALL

Super Lage: Innenstadt & das wirklich sehenswerte Münster
Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes Dreibett-Zimmer!!

Cons:

Nicht wirklich schlimm: aber ab 19h kein Personal mehr, das heisst, man konnte auch nichts mehr trinken.

Wunderschöner gemütlicher Aufenthalt in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Die Atmosphäre, die Ausstattung, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage des Hotels super zentral für meine Zwecke

Das ich so schnell wieder abreisen musste. Leider konnte ich nur kurz bleiben
