Excellent property in a great location within a superb city, contributing to a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The property is extremely well located for Old Town cafes, restaurants and public transport.
Apartment 5 is a studio apartment with a view over the main square and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were of a good standard.
The downstairs cafe, Grand Coffee chain, which is independent of the property, was excellent and convenient.

Cons:

This is not so much a criticism but a 'caveat emptor' and I believe explicitly stated in the property promotion: the apartments ( numbered 1 - 7 ) are in a heritage building and as such there is no lift and access by stairs. Apartment 5 is on the third floor so beware if exertion is a problem, especially with heavy bags.
There does not appear to be sound insulation between apartments, especially from above, so noise maybe an issue for those sensitive to such disturbances. I had, for a couple of days, a family with small children in Apt 7 above and they were quite audibly obvious, however, appeared to well observe the recommended quiet period later in the evening.
Parking is in an underground car park some distance from the apartments, stated by the property as 350m, but felt like more with luggage. I would recommend a car to be an unnecessary hindrance if not required for the duration of the stay, public transport being plentiful and timely around Torun.

W miarę pozytywnie.
Pros:

Na pewno fantastyczna lokalizacja na starym mieście, bardzo urokliwe miejsce, ładny i klimatyczny wystrój. Lokalizacja nad kawiarnią która nadaje bardzo przyjemnego klimatu.

Cons:

Ale niestety przynajmniej pokój który mieliśmy był bardzo głośny. Po tym jak zostałem obudzony około godziny 6 rano odgłosami z dołu, a później około godziny 7 puszczono muzykę w kawiarni na dole niestety nie dało się już spać. Być może inne pokoje są lepiej wyciszone, ten faktycznie wychodził na patio, ale z drugiej strony nie spodziewałem się, że wiąże się to z taką akustyką.

Śniadania bardzo mocno ograniczone. Kilka pozycji z jajkami i kilka pozycji na słodko. Kanapki na ciepło niedostępne mimo tego że były w karcie, przez co nie byłem zadowolony ze śniadania.

Wspaniały klimat apartamentu, piękny wystrój, drewno, cegła, dużo kwiatów (również świeże w wazonie).
Balkon z widokiem na Rynek! A jednocześnie w środku było cicho. Bardzo pomocny personel. Mieliśmy wielką chęć zostać dłużej :)

Love the furniture, the view, the sauna experience. The entire place was very nice. Enjoyed the massage chair thoroughly

Cons:

No elevator. Too many chairs in the searing area of the apartment makes the space feel smaller.

Absolutely beautiful. Exceeded all our expectations.
Pros:

The location was just perfect. Right in the heart of old town where all you want to see and do is within walking distance. The coffee shop downstairs was charming, as was the staff. The optional breakfast was one of our favorites too. All the food was fresh and delicious, not to mention the dessert! Such a charming and historic town.

We came for the World’s indoor championship— and enjoyed so much that Torun had to offer. This apartment was the best.
