The hotel

Toilet did not flush well and was an issue.

Very noisy, near to highway. Bed was supposed to be king size, except for mattress on the frame was queen sized and sheets on the mattress barely fit and were coming off, likely standard twin size (?). But it wasn’t too bad overall. We had coffee maker, but coffee provided couldn’t be used it because it was made for different model of coffee maker. Not sure what it did in our room. I believe they say they have breakfast…They do not. They also do not have any sort of room service. Nobody checked on room even once during our 4 days stay. No fresh coffee, no fresh towels, nothing. No cleaning of room. Nobody is answering phone is you attempting to call them from your room. TV is working but no channels line up and no WiFi password was provided. Area outside of the room is truly filthy. Room was acceptable.

No handicap access to 2nd floor. Should be an elevator. One person in our group ended up on crutches months after we booked our room and we ended up on 2nd floor which we didn't know, and hotel didn't answer request for possible room switch when we asked, trying to get up and down on crutches was ridiculous.

It was run down looking. Numbers missing on room doors. Upon arrival only 1 of 2 key cards worked. Door was difficult to push open. One bed was not made properly revealing dirty mattress because fitted sheet wasn’t put on good. Bed/ mattress moved VERY easily as I was trying to fix it. Upon entering bathroom, there was a freaking towel hanging on shower rod… gag. Noticed my son’s white socks were brown literally with 10 minutes. Do I used towels to clean the floor and create a walkway for us while in the room. You can see some dirt on towels- but I was NOT able to turn the towels over to see the actual severity . Literally had used 6-7 towels to clean floor and create this walkway. Toilet had crud/ hairs in that toilet lid hinge space…gag. In shower- ceiling had disheveled drop ceiling tile things. In corner there was spider webs with dirt/dust who knows what. Hair dryer did not work. Microwave did not work. Dust bunnies, hair, dirt in crevice beside fridge.
In think that about covers the huge lack of cleaning for this property.

It was clean and quiet.

Had a stagnant smell.

Room was filthy, no house keeping during stay no towels picked up or new one dropped off. Floors where sticky and unfit to walk on. Sheets on bed where heavily stained . Staff was rude and unwilling to address concerns. Left the stay early and found another room to finish our trip at

It was a lil too pricey.

The building and facilities were a bit on the older side, but it was fine for a one-night, last minute stay

Pretty much the room overall. As soon as we walked in we used the bathroom. There was toilet paper still in the toilet and toilet did not flush properly as if it has a blockage, so maybe something to look into. Definitely maybe another pillow so theres 4 instead of 3 pillows, was a little awkward for 2 guests. The next thing we noticed was the lock on the door was broken not sure if its the extra security lock but we could not lock it. The next thing was there was a piece of toilet paper in the peep hole on the door. I did question how well the room was inspected and cleaned but we were there for the park and to just sleep.
