The Best Property The value for money
Pros:

Hotel is nice well maintained clean. Rooms are well furnished and good interior design with cozy bed. Restaurant is nice and there are so many menus in the breakfast including juice & fruits. I suggest for half-plate foods like Biryani Pulao subzi the quantity is more which a single person can't eat. Reduce the quantity and reduce the rate proportionately.

Cons:

A running live TV if installed in the reception area would help the guest to watch TV after check out & who wait their train departure time is beyon 11 AM.

Good clean property with helpful staff
Pros:

Nice clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.
Proximity to the railway station and eating joints.

Cons:

Room rates too high for a 3 star property.
Non availability of a basic mini fridge and no choice of nonveg menu.

Most friendly staff
Pros:

All staff from doorman to waiters were extremely friendly and helpful. I was looking for an ordinary item of which was apparently not available in any nearby stores. The reception desk took the time to look for it and had it delivered to me.
One of the most helpful staff I have ever experienced.

Cons:

Building on the outside looks modern. But the insides are a bit old and could use a renovation. But then I might just be asking too much as the prices were reasonable.
