The water stuck on. They moved me to new room right away. Empanadas right across the street. Very convenient. A little loud. Great tv. Would recommend.

It was the 3rd room they gave me that had, working shower (barely), wifi and air-conditioning. Just a bit annoying to spend time switching rooms

Lack of amenities - 1 towel per person per day is inadequate.

The staff and service was ok, I don’t like the rooms and the location

The room was spacious. It was very difficult to set the shower temperature. Without luggage, you can easily walk to the port and a few other places.

Basic hotel, fine for 1-2 nights. Out of the tourist strip but in a good area for street food, markets & local shops. Bonus it had a lift which many hotels in the Galapagos didn’t seem to have, also free drinking water.

When we arrived they did not have the room we had booked, we had to take a smaller room. Two days without water to shower and 4 days without hot water. One morning there was no breakfast because there was a power outage. They do not offer toiletries, and towels were often missing after cleaning. They also do not have laundry service at the hotel. Breakfast and airconditioning were good.

Es un buen hotel, el staff muy amable, tiene ascensor y esta cerca de la avenida baltra y caminando unos 10 min al muelle. Lo unico malo es que todos los dias te piden las toallas a las 9 a 10 am y te las vuelven a entregar en la tarde.

Las habitaciones son oscuras y húmedas distando de las fotos de la web. El desayuno escaso, sin variedad y ademas si ibas a desayunar hacia el final del turno no reponian por lo que directamente no lo.disfrutabas

Good location of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a good size. We were at the hotel as part of a tour so can not comment on value for money. The breakfast was simple but good and the restaurant on the top floor provided great views. The shower was pretty awful and is the main thing that needs to be sorted as the temperature and pressure kept changing.

We were traveling on a group school tour. The room we had for the 2 of us had 4 beds ( 1 double and 3 single). Room was large with basic furniture. Water flow was poor and shower was cold. Located about 7 blocks from the main port, store and restaurant area.

Listen to the other reviews. I ignored them, and had a very uncomfortable night. Luckily I was only staying for one night before going to the airport, but if I were staying here for my vacation I would be very sad. Pros: The people working were so friendly. I loved the cooked to order breakfast. Cons: Rooms feel like a jail cell. No towels or toilet paper?? Light shines into the room until 2:30am, no blackout curtains. Rooster started crowing at 3:30am and didn't stop. Got bit by something (I looked everywhere for bedbugs and couldn't find them) that left blood on the sheet. Overall was not worth the price.

My sister and I stayed at Hotel Brisas Del Pacifico. The hotel was basic, but acceptable, it had AC and an elevator, no breakfast or pool. It's a short, pleasant walk to the main drag and the water. We both got rooms with king sized beds. There were no exterior windows in either of our rooms. One faced the hallway and the other faced a wall. We only got a sliver of light in the morning because we were on the 2nd floor - room 5. The 3rd floor room had a bigger sliver of light - room 11. I'm not sure if they have king sized rooms with windows with any semblance of a view, I should have asked. It was clean and basic, but you should bring your own toiletries, there was minimal soap and I'm not sure if it's because the island is environmentally conscious or not - most places had the bulk toiletries. The internet was minimal and only available in the common areas. I didn't even have cell service in my room - because it was an interior room. Cell service on the entire island is spotty, so this isn't really a complaint, just a note to be aware of. The hotel is located just across from the town market, don't miss the empanadas in the evenings!

You have to ask for towels. Difficult to shower with extremely hot water and almost no cold water to warm it. Night Reception person with no customer service at all.
