Hotel Liberty Plaza

PHOTOS IN THE HOTEL PROFILES ARE OLD, AND DIFFER FROM WHAT THE CONDITION NOW.... THE ROOM WAS POORLY MAINTAINED AND THERE WAS A FOUL SMELL AS WELL.

This is on behalf of my guests , Mr. Shailesh Rehamwala who stayed at the hotel for one night.The room provided was damp and smelly due to mold. Despite reassurance from the staff about getting it changed , the same commitment was not adhered to. Kindly look into this and ensure that this is rectified.

Horrible neighborhood and hotel. 3 stars? Really 1/2 star. Breakfast not included. Welcome drink? Why expedia send canadian guests to the jungle and compromise leur security.

S opakovaným pobytem v tomto hotelu jsem byl spokojen.Stav a služby odpovídají ceně. Zvláště bych chtěl poděkovat personálu hotelu, zejména Mr. Rehan, manažer hotelu byl velmi profesionální.

Nice place to stay at budget rates. Only location isnt good otherwise everything is great.

Das einzig positive an dem Hotel war die relativ nahe Lage am Flughafen!
Hotelzimmer hatte an den Wänden und Decken Wasserschaden und dadurch schon Schwarzschimmel angesetzt. Ziemlich eklig. Da anscheinend keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar waren und es schon nach Mitternacht war müssten wir eine Nacht hier verbringen.
Das minimalistische Frühstück, das aufs Zimmer gebracht wird, da kein Speisesaal vorhanden, kann man sich sparen.

Auf keinen Fall wieder.

Staff gave the ok to check in at 7:00am without paying an extra fee as exclusive service - I was very thankful for that because I had a very long journey behind me and was enormously tired!
So the room was ready after 10 minutes, it was clean and big enough for two persons. Flatscreen as well and a clean bathroom. Sadly there was no hot water.
Breakfast I could order something into my room - well, I won't call it a real breakfast but it was okay.

So all in all i can recommend the the hotel for a short stay, if you wanna stay next to the airport. For one or two nights it is pretty good with polite staff. :)

寝ていたら突然、外でどんちゃん騒ぎ。午前3時ごろ。それが延々と続き1時間ほどしたら静まった。事前に祭りがあることの説明も無かったし、朝このことをスタッフに話すと、俺も寝られなかったよと受け流され謝罪の一言もない。
呆れて言葉も出なかった。もう2度とこのホテルには泊まらないし、みなさんにもオススメしません。

The Worst place ever. Filthy on the outside. Noisy and weird people hanging outside.
Sheets had stains and smelt bad. Seen insects.
Left the place right away.
This place should be removed from Hotels.com listing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean.

The place was lovey, clean rooms and very attentive staff, the only problem was the location, the surrounding area wasn't too appeasing.. my room was changed quickly on request, originally given room 101 bang in front of the reception.. a bit awkward and noisy (to be avoided if possible). Overall a good experience and would definitely stay again!!

I specifically requested a non-smoking room... what did we get when we arrived, a smoking room! The manager said there were only 3 "non-smoking" rooms and he gave them away earlier. I had given an estimated time of arrival and everything. On top of that, just looking at the hotel itself, honestly, it's really overpriced for what you get. We decided to spend a little more money to get a good nights sleep before our long travels home. Unfortunately that was exactly the opposite of what we got. You can hear everything in that hotel and the staff was extremely loud throughout the night fixing/repairing... I making all kinds of noise. Plus the rooms were small and unkempt. So much so there was a "sterilized" paper on the toilet indicating that it had been cleaned, but once you took it off to use the toilet, it hadn't even been flushed from the last use.

Great location, near the Phoenix mall and close to airport.

Clean rooms and great staff.

Staff is very friendly. Service is too good. You can call them at 12 AM and they will get what you need. Rooms are clean.

Only issue is local area is not very good.

Everything was very nice... Staff is very helpful all the time... Only minor point was sometime didn't get service on time... Other Than that everything was superb food is very nice... You should try morning tea its awesome.... I'll surely come back here next time and recommended this place in my circle

Room was okay and comfortable. But nothing else. Location is biggest low point... with Auto repair shops all around. Wifi was unreliable. Breakfast included was a single Butter Toast with Tea/Coffee... other veg option was idli sambar. I will not recommend for family stay.

It is a good hotel and safe in around the regionIt was quiet in around the region and also there are nearby hotels for good lunch and dinner too.Near it is the Pheonix Market city which is the nearest landmark.
Service was also excellent.
