Too expensive

Pros:

Not so much, didn't get my hilton honor points, they set me as a no show while they knew I was comming in past midnight and there was a blizzard so evrything took longer, then they charged me to much, so know I have to rectify that.......

Cons:

Waiting times at breakfast are terrible, the employees are so busy that they can not greet you and wheb they do they tell you 10 minutes while tables are empty and it takes them almost half an hour to seat you, normally you would walk away and eat somewhere else but we already paid with the reservation for breakfast.

Pros:

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel looked amazing.

For such a beautiful hotel. I expected a larger variety of foods. Especially for breakfast.

Paige- front desk- so attentive!!!
Room was lovely!!!

Cons:

We sent an email with pic to Rooms Mgr that my foot found a needle/pin on carpet (no injury). Received no reply. Acknowledgement, at the very least, is professional and expected.
