It SUCKED!!! Like mini halfway house rooms. Nothing I expected.

When you get to the property, you had to use the phone to call someone and then that person called the person that was supposed to be at the front desk and when I get to the room, it was like a jail room like the bed was on this metal frame unlike any Hotel I’ve been to. I didn’t even stay an hour I left. I couldn’t return my keys or talk to anyone because the lady was gone again. That was at the front desk the lock and shut it down for some odd reason, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had with booking.com

Cons:

Room was shoddy. Walls were dirty and needed painting, toilet was wobbly. Dirt/ mold on wall by ac/ heat unit. Price was high.

Cons:

It was not clean at all, when we checked in they had to change us to a different room , it just need to be fully renovated and the fridge and stove just need to go if they are not taking care of them and they were just so dirty, the staff were very sweet

It was a place to sleep

Cons:

During my stay, I encountered several issues:

The first room assigned had water leaking from the bathroom door frame.

I was relocated to another room, but it was under renovation and missing key amenities (microwave, stove, etc.).

The television was unusable, and both the internet and phones were down during the stay.

The shower rod collapsed when I attempted to use the shower the next morning.

Maintenance did respond to the issues, and I was told I would receive some compensation. However, I never heard from the manager as promised.

Due to these ongoing issues, I decided to check out late on September 19, one night earlier than planned.
