Great Place with a great view.
Pros:

A wonderful place, very confortable and clean, staff was very polite and helpful, I will return to this property on my next trip to Imbabura, food was also great.

En la publicidad se ve mejor de lo que en realidad es, lo que causa un poco de decepción.

Falta papel higiénico en los baños generales, el agua que cae de a ducha es a goteo, no hay suficiente fuerza de agua para bañarse.

El desayuno empieza a servirse demasiado tarde, yo tuve que salir a las 7 a trabajar y el desayuno lo atendían a partir de las 8 y la tarifa incluía desayuno

Great hotel but very noisy

The staff were friendly. Great value for money.The room was beautiful and clean and the overall lodge is great. However, the rooms have no soundproof measures. Unfortunately we had gone on a weekend where the hotel was hosting a wedding. The racket continued until 11pm. I suggest if you decide to book here phone first and confirm that it will be a quiet weekend. Because of this we did not enjoy our stay at all. Plus the hotel failed to inform us of such a function.
