Too bad!
Pros:

Bed was comfy to sleep on.

Cons:

I woke up early morning due to loud voices of housekeeping staff outside. Banging of doors, talkig aloud outside. Value for money such a big no. No free water at least

Amazing human work here
Pros:

The staff were outstanding. The place is clean and beautiful. The location is a bit far from everything so renting a car is a good idea unless you want to hangout at the resort in the evenings. The free shuttle is fantastic but ends at 5pm. It's beautiful but the beach isn't sandy.

Pros:

The hotel staff were excellent, very friendly, fast service when you need something to your room. The grounds are very nice, well kept. The food, especially dinner was amazing!
We loved how it is located away from the busyness of 7 Mile Beach.
Nice, quiet & relaxing
If you don't mind walking( which we don't & did walk into town) , it's about 40 min to stores & grocery

Pros:

This resort is not on the beach area.
We have to drive to the Seven miles.
The discription says it has white sand beach but the actual swimmable beach is far away from the Resort.

Best Hotel On Island
Pros:

We stayed at the Grand Caymanian Resort and it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay...all of the staff was great and very accommodating and the rooms are nice and comfortable.

Will definitely stay here again and I want to encourage everyone travelling to Cayman to choose this hotel for your stay...you wont regret it.

Girls Just Want to Have Fun

King bed suite with ocean view. Musty hotel room, huge water stain on the kitchen ceiling, toilet barely flushed, paint flaked off the ceiling AC registers when the guns were adjusted, bath towels are not large and are grainier than 20-grit sandpaper, beach is small and water is very rocky, interior hallways of buildings are musty, elevators smell like oil and are slow, and literally half of the property is owned by Holiday Inn Resorts, which makes for a very cheap feel at this property. The pool water was extremely cloudy. All of the luggage follies had been left outside during a rain storm and we're basically useless leading up to checkout. Location - Jesus Christ - horrible. One must drive along a poorly maintained road with 10 speed bumps to get to this property - one way in, one way out. Absolute dog track of a property and I should dand my money back.

Staff that makes you feel like family!
Pros:

More than a hotel experience…they treat you like family. Since the moment we got here we greeted with such happiness and warmth by the staff. This vibe continued throughout the stay no matter who was working. Thank you to Ladd, Alejandro, Renoir. Zac and we can’t forget the kitties Raisin, Mango and Kiwi.
