Pros:

My first room, Staff gave me the room that was mention in the noteboard that room need to renovate. I and my husband were upset when we thought that we need to slept in this room.
The room look DO NOT allow anyone stay.
Then,my husband went to asked them to chanced a new better room that why he knew that room need to renovate!!!

Finally, we just got only sorry word from staff.

Terrible excuse for a hotel
Pros:

Booked flight/hotel package, the hotel was so bad that we took one look and left, no way were we staying for even a single night.

Is NOT a hotel for foreigners
Pros:

Had a pleasant 4 night stay there very recently. The hotel was 'tired' but kept clean and the chambermaids did a good job under difficult circumstances. Please bear in mind, before booking, that this Hotel is very much Thai focused, from food to accommodation.
It is called a 'Resort' hotel but it is not a resort! Nobody uses the pool for swimming, it is too dirty for that, is closely surrounded by dining table and is more of a feature with lights and mini fountains for the diners. Is best to only use for sleeping and as a base to explore region and city.

The restaurant is typical Thai with singers etc. Reasonably priced but wouldn't want to go there too much. Is only around 80 baht to get a 'Taximeter' into town so we found that the best option
