Staff are so friendly, excellent service.

We had Wi-Fi and hot water during this (second) stay.

1, No Wi-Fi during our two day stay. 2, No face towels or hand towels are provided, only one bath towel each, also no floor mat for the shower. 3, NO HOT WATER!!! The hotel told me it was because they were using solar heat. This means no hot water in the evening through mid-morning. 4, No bottled water or shampoo provided. 5. They didn't service our room each day. Beds not made up and needed to ask for towels, soap and toilet paper. Staff is friendly but management is failing to provide basic needs and expectations.

No kettle for hot drink, who stayed for a longer than a day is not good

The hotel is actually in the back of the bus terminal. Not knowing where it is.. the tricycle charge 20 pesos each for 1000 ft away from the terminal. The hotel itself was very accommodating. I didnt get in till 7AM and check out at 1PM. The made fresh breakfast a d lunch. The workers were all nice and hospitality .

(Some) if your a foreigner, they will raised that fare price on you. From bliss hotel to puregold I got charge 700 pesos , but paid him 500 pesos.

It was good.place is.clean.accessible for food and transportation.

It wasn't what we read about in the previous reviews that made us booked here. We should have listened to other friends staying in that area who were dissuading us.
Not for senior citizens coz of the stairs.
The front desk persons were not flexible whether thru the phone or right up front. It seemed that they're not so keen or helpful when you've booked online.
The shower needs a little higher temperature. They should consider putting bars to hang clothes &/or towel rods inside the T&B.
The room service took a long time before it was delivered.
We'll not book again nor recommend to others.

The aircondition have a loud sound and makes it difficult for us to have a sound sleep.

I did not mind the stay in this hotel . The price is fairly reasonable. I would recommend this hotel in the words of comfort and practicality.
However it has no Elevator lift or Ramp for wheelchair access. The connection on the back of TV is no good as fitting is not in right therefore the picture was quite analog fuzzy ..
I got used to using toilet paper in Australia .
The water pressure for the flusher is weak in the toilet increasing the chance of blockage .
AS EMBARRASING MOMENT IT IS TO BLOCK A TOILET . THE HOTEL SHOULD PROVIDE A BUCKET
SO ONE CAN OPERATE THE BIDDET OR SHOWER HEAD AND FILL THE BUCKET WITH WATER . AND FLUSH THE TOILET WITH THE PRESSURE FROM THE BUCKET WITH WATER FILLED .

Good for the budget experience . Good but no elevator

Hotel initially gave me a room that smelled horrifically. After I asked they moved me to another room. The new room was okay, but no cleaning service the next day. Someone called my room at 1am. The hotel needs better management.

Our stay was ordinary. It was a rest stop from a trip up north. We tried the local nightlife. The room was big ang clean. The bed was coomfortable. Air conditioninig was sufficient. The hotel was courteous and helpful.

Very nice, will do it again next month. LORD willing.

Great location to the bus station as we came into Manila airport and needed a place to get a good night sleep before traveling the next day..

The cleanliness of the room and hotel is good. The place is solemn and quiet despite it's situated near the bus terminal. The room is spacious (we stayed in a twin queen beds room). The hotel is situated near the bus terminal so it is convenient especially if you're a solo backpacker and travels via bus.

One suggestion for improvement is to fix the doorknobs. During our stay, the door knob in the CR is broken and the only locking mechanism is the door latch. However, it got stucked and my finger got a cut when I tried to unlock it.

Overall experience is good.

Overall the hotel was good. Very clean and very lovely staff. The room they assigned me has an air conditioner that did not work, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff they moved my room. o
