Hotel Charmant Nachi-Katsuura

ハンドソープが無く、狭かったですが、寝るだけなら十分ですし綺麗だったので落ち着きました。窓型スマートディスプレイは要らない設備かと思いました…

古い感じはあるが、可愛らしいお部屋で日当たりも良く気持ちよく過ごせた。

Great service and location, the interior is dated and a little musty, but it’s an overall nice stay for a day or two.

チェックインの対応がとても親切でした。

トイレがウォシュレットであって欲しかったです。

お値段お手頃の割に、キレイなお部屋でバストイレも広く、非常に満足でした。次に勝浦へ立ち寄った際も是非利用したいです。

Location is good. Service at check in was excellent with many information and bus schedules given. The welcome dessert made by the hotel lady was very delicious and not to be missed !

ボイラーが故障してお湯が出ないトラブルが残念でした。
しかし近所の温泉を無料サービスして戴きました。　対応は良かったです。

たまたま運が悪かったのか、チェックイン時のフロントの職員がなっていない。
ホテルズドットコムて支払い済みなのに、チェックイン時、危うく払わされそうになった。
「明日の朝、宅急便を出せますか？」と尋ねたところ、「今日出してください」との返事。これは一体何？今日出したら、宿泊に必要なものが手元になくなる！
挙げ句の果て「隣りのみかん屋に行ってください」。みかん屋さんに確認したら「うちは扱いません」。
翌朝チェックアウト時の別の職員は普通。まあ。鍵を受け取るだけだからかも。

Está a 2 minutos de la estación, el hotel es un poco antiguo pero la señora que lo lleva es entrañable, el desayuno súper completo ya más no necesito.

サイトで朝食が無料でついているこのように表示があったがついてなかったのが紛らわしい。従業員の対応も素っ気なかった。
メール送られてきたホテルの地図の誤表示があり
行くのにずいぶん遠回りして疲れたのと不快だった。潮岬の田舎だからなおすのに時間がかかるとの説明もどうかと思う。

Hotel Charmant is centrally located in this little town in Kii-Katsuura, very close to stations and the harbour. Has everything we need for staying and transit to popular spots like Nachisan. The breakfast is nice. I enjoyed the two nights stay this time.

The location is good, and the staff is friendly. Room is clean and big (compare to other places we tried in Japan) Just our room is beside a shopping street so feel a little bit noisy until all the shops closed.

A warm inn in a small fishing town.
The room price is economical, and the condition of room is acceptable.

We love this hotel. The place is very convenient and clean. The breakfast food is amazing!

A lot better than expected! The hostess is super nice, she communicates very well despite the lack of English. She will help you with restaurants, onsens, hikes, etc. The condition of the building is not brand new, but the french-type details in the dining room and bedroom make it very charmant*. Our room was huge compared to many other hotels in Japan She receives you with a a free traditional and delicious dessert, and prepares a great breakfast. Parking lot is next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Walk from train station took 3 minutes. Charming little place, wonderful lady (owner) greeted me just 5 minutes before midnight when I checked in. Had all the maps, location of a 24 hour food mart - I was hungry. Offered to store my luggage the next morning, locked it in a safe place and handed me the keys. Room had 2 single beds, coffee, a small LCD TV, clean shower and towels. Overall highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place in this small town.
